This is a great online shop for Mexican products in New Zealand. They have a lot of products, good price, good packing and deliver fast. (The stuffs we bought it are not just in this photo because we almost can't wait and already ate them :) )

Didn't know the process here (click and collect) but the employes were very nice about it. Packed our order while we waited. They were very fast and very nice. The products are amazing. The dried chilli's are delicious!

I moved from the USA here to NZ about four years ago and it’s only just this year that I finally found an online establishment that’s actually based out here in NZ that sell tajin and chamoy sauce 😭 just about had a cry when my order was confirmed lol didn’t even bother to check the packaging. Highly recommend! I went a bit crazy ordering salsa and fresh tortillas and they did not disappoint! Shipping was prompt and the bottles are quite big.

For me, however, the true measure of a business is not how well they do when things run smoothly. but how they respond when there are hiccups (which are an inevitable part of life). The wrong masa flour was sent with my order, and when I contacted them about it, they quickly and cheerfully sent out the correct one - no hassle, no fuss.
