Had dinner with some friends a couple of weeks ago. The steak was fantastic and I asked where they bought it. Hence, with a large group coming for lunch I bought 6 medium size eye fillets and then went back for 4 more really thick steaks. 5 minutes each side on the BBQ and rested 10 minutes under the lid. Comments were that they were the most tender steaks they had eaten. No steak knife required. Fantastic meat, great service and certainly more customers from the 10 people we had over for lunch
