I have been living in Christchurch for 2 years now, am originally from Germany and tried a lot of German/Swiss Butchers here in New Zealand. Peter's sausages are by far the best I had so far here in New Zealand. Absolutely awesome!!! Thanks Peter for giving me a piece of home here in New Zealand :)

Extremely high quality range of gourmet handcrafted products. Peter is not only a talented and knowledgeable Chef, but also very creative. Make sure you taste the range of cold cuts and the chicken liver pate. So good!
