Best in town!!! Highly recommend you try here if you're looking for the best butcher in town. I love it. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. You will not be disappointed with the quality and flavour of the meat, and so much variety. Their sausages are to die for. Best pork bones in town too, but don't tell anyone, it's a secret....

I really like Hibbards for their affordable quality meats. Their sausages are very tasty with lots of variety. They have amazing specials and the team is happy & friendly. I have recommend them to many friends who now shop here also :) If in doubt try one of there awesome value BBQ packs and see the quality/quantity for yourself

I recently placed an order for my chch family, as the supermarkets had been picked clean during lockdown. I was so impressed by the quick (contactless) delivery options, ordering was easy and I think it was great value for money. Very impressed with the rack of lamb, which was only $16.

Awesome Store and Team! Was there yesterday morning and the team were very friendly and helpful. I ordered whole Rumps and they were very kind to cut them for me. They were still placing the items but the ones that were out looked so heavenly and my mouth was watering. A place where you can easily break the bank looking at all that beautiful meat. I did find that the spices were over priced bit thats one little thing out Of all the good things they offer.

Went in for a roast pork and decided to get sausages for dinner. These were the best sausages we have tasted EVER!!. Pepper and Worcester beef sausages on the bbq. Please try these. They have awesome texture and taste.

We usually don’t offer comment on businesses that are great in what they do but we do criticise businesses that are a threat to communities. After many years, we have to say that Hibbards Butchery is still here after our natural disasters that our communities have faced, the business has re-established itself in such a manner that supports the community on a local market unlike the chain markets that exist in our area. The service is incredible; the products are above normal quality that you see in chain markets in the local area. The charges are a little bit higher but the package deals are ideal for various budgets. If you want quality meats, then visit Hibbards.

Wow Hibbards Butchery smoked salmon is the best, their marinated chickens are so juicy & tender, but their chops and steak are to die for. Hibbards has become our weekly local butcher, amazing and great value too.
