K.First time ordering from this company, it was the only place i found in new zealand that sells ostrich meat. Ordered some ostrich steak and sausages. Arrived the day after the order was processed in a nice polystyrene type chilly bin with the meat surrounded by freezing gel packs.
Not sure if i cooked them properly but the steaks and sausages are amazing and i believe ostrich meat is a lot healthier than other meat options.

14 jaar sonder moeilikheid. Kwaliteit van die biltong (en die prys :-) ) is aan die bopunt. Jy kry seker maar waarvoor jy betaal. Die diens was deurgaans goed - selfs die engelsprekende kinders verstaan genoeg afrikaans om mens te laat glimlag. (Lekker moedswillig :-)) Doet so voort.
