M.HIGHLY RECOMMEND..At least you know the meat is fresh as and no fat 100% ..NOT just that he has got the flavouring to go with all your meat..Thanks to bbq pit boys for there sauces and flavouring...He did run out of bacon when I got there dam it next time..And you can ring in for an order with the butcher..

M.Stopped there on Saturday and got some pork sausages. Just had a couple of them with sourkraut a short time ago. Sausages so tasty and lean amongst the best I've ever had. I'll be back. Brilliant shop, highly recommended.
D.The best butchery to be found. High quality meats fresh off the farm. This place is worthy of a detour on your road trip. We tried the sausages - only about 100% meat content ! The lamb shank roasted up well and was falling off the bone without even trying....
