E.Being a foreigner from another country i was at a few places, to look for a certain type of cut, and couldn't get it anywhere, until I got to hastings mad butcher, where i was served with a friendly staff member and a awesome butcher, who told me yes we can do it for you, no problem, would certainly be back to experience this friendly service and their great products. Good job keep it up guys.

u.Always nice thick cuts of meat to choose from, or happy to cut thicker if I need, cheaper and fresher than the supermarkets, and friendly staff, the 2 T-bones I got tonight look perfect.

Y.Jim, Drew, and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. I phone up with my orders of what I would like and the amounts. They cut all the fat off for me, get the portions exactly as I ask and even dice, slice and mince according to what I need. I then, go in and collect it all ready to go.
This was fantastic when I had kids in the car and did not want to get them out. Just leave the windows a little open, pull up right outside, put the alarm on, and whip inside, collect the goods, pay and out before you could even undo all the car seats!
Also fabulous as it saves so much time in the kitchen with not needing to cut up meat. They do it all for me.
And all this at no extra cost.
C.When you buy aged rump and have to give it a second sniff just to check it's not over. You know it's on point. Well done Jim and the team. Also a shout out to the till staff. Always cheerful and chatty.
