S.I started to order fresh seafood with this company during lock-down, and I have been very impressed with their customer service skills and quality of the seafood.
- Their website is very well designed with all the knowledge you want to know about the products you purchase and it's very easy to order online.
- They have a great system to keep customers informed about the delivery, and their communication is great, their email reply is super fast.
- The seafood is super fresh and reasonably priced, my friends and I are addicted to their fresh sushimi, and their prawns are super fresh and tasty too!
L.We made our first order online on Thursday, and with a prompt response and confirmation process, our sashimi box was delivered on Friday morning. Supremely packaged to stay cool, and top notch salmon and tuna. Would highly recommend to any seafood lover, this will be a regular order for us coming into spring and summer
F.Tails and bodies arrived still well frozen all the way to Rotorua. Suggest though that if you want a particular amount of tails to specify, as they will pack less than the weight ordered rather than put in extra and charge extra so I ordered 1kg and got .900, which meant 5 tails not 6, would have rather paid for extra 10-30grms but was not given the option. Not a problem just know now to specify in comments section on order. Great company otherwise to deal with, good communication, fast postage.
