A.Great butchery, had a beast cut up again via Shane great cuts done as requested and awesome old fashioned beef sausages made up .Awesome sausages A+ and great beef hung long enough to be really tender. Great job and excellent guys to deal with. As we are old Butchers kids we know good meat and how it's done!
