Lady behind the counter was very helpful. The brisket, jalapeno and cheese sausages rocked. She even suggested a rub for the pork I brought. That's currently sitting in the fridge marinating. Can't wait until it's cooked. More on that later. But the pork sausages are my fav!, by far. Well done guys and girl. Update....pork was fabulous!
