Y.We have stopped in anytime we can when passing and love their small goods and bacon but got a steer homekilled recently for the first time from Matanaka, it's weight was similar to ones we have got butchered in the past from other butchers but the yield was at least quarter more than previous. They did gourmet flavoured sausages for us, short ribs and brisket for smoking and the cost was similar. Highly recommend!
