I walk the same lunchtime route every Friday that I forget that Welly has a few hidden detours to explore. Turning off the well worn Manners St march I found the perfect place to satiate a midday hunger. How can you turn down a gourmet pie?! Savouring the savoury selection I tucked into the meaty morsel of the beef brisket pie with mash. A small pour of gorgeous gravy and I was in nirvana.

Outstanding and friendly service. The pies are delicious and pretty much everything t in the menu is good. The Rueben is my go to dish, very filling and a generous amount of pastrami.

Good location. Food was delicious, fresh quality ingredients. Scones were the best I’ve had BUT… Service needs to be better, lack luster like they don’t want to be there.

Happened to find this small place while walking around Wellington . It’s a bit hidden inside a walkway,so might have to look around a bit before you even find it ;) The food was so tasty like the French toast and home made granola,amazing coffees , the fresh juices as well. It was soo good that we came back the next day to try the rest of the items in the menu !! Would recommend to anyone. Give it a try and you would not be disappointed ;)
