A. T.Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff members with awesome coffee. Reasonably priced high quality cars whether it's new or pre-loved. Sufficient customer parking spaces with plenty of car options to suits customer's needs and requirements. The only place that offers coffee for their customers during the covid restriction (although they'll have to make it for you)!

J.I recently bought the new Hilux SR5 Cruiser from your dealership and I was more than pleased with the entire experience from beginning to end. Customer service was amazing as I was dealing with Helgard (Sales) and Jenny (finance) who showed a great amount of product knowledge and with that said created a friendly and welcoming experience which I greatly appreciate. Helgard went above all expectations and made sure that my vehicle is spotless and ready to go. I am happy to recommend anyone to Albany Toyota!

I didn't like the groomer who didn't speak English and couldn't relay to the other apprentice where he dropped me off. Might be worth keeping the people who don't speak English out of customer view. It ruins the whole experience. But overal good customer service from the rest of them.

Wow - what service! Honest staff - I own an electrical company and have always brought Toyota’s . I made the worst mistake of my life buying a 2017 ford ranger from John Andrew ford . I expected the same level of service, honesty and longevity from ford that I had had from Toyota and in my experience was far from it -. Yep I believed the hype. Honestly this new hilux facelift model looks awesome and can’t wait to get one . Albany Toyota Restored my faith in car dealers again . Honest ,family owned Buisness that cares about its coustomers - I’m sorry to Toyota for straying to ford . From my personal experience If you are in the market and comparing the two - go for a hilux forget the ranger .
In terms of servicing- it’s a little bit more expensive on an older truck but hey I’d rather pay someone a bit more who knows what they are doing ....
