K.After many years of driving small cars and hatchbacks, I decided to upgrade and bought a used, but still fairly new 2015 Kia Sportage SUV for myself for a milestone birthday from Andrew Simms in 2018. Unfortunately, in under a year, the vehicle had developed issues - turns out the previous owner did not disclose he's replaced the engine! The short version of the story is that Kevin Schreuder, the GM of After-Sales at Andrew Simms, took very good care of us - and had taken full responsibility. We no longer wished to own the faulty (but fixed) vehicle, so he sorted out a couple different loaner vehicles over the course of two weeks while we decided what we wanted to do. We were owed a full refund, but they did a fair deal for us on a near-new, low-mileage 2018 Kia Sportage. We came away very happy customers. I can't say enough about how good an experience we had - the entire process was easy and relatively pain-free. To be honest I was preparing for a nasty to-and-fro fight ... Which, thankfully, never eventuated. For our next vehicle, we'd be buying from Andrew Simms again!
