Due to covid there was a delay on my cars arrival but I had regular contact with Michael Bartlett and Paul Wilkinson at Kia to keep me updated on everything. Bought our first Car at Andrew Simms Botany, sale agent was very accommodating along with his Manager. The only downfall for me was afterwards the communication between weren’t that great.. I had to call at least 2-3times for an update instead of them calling me.. My agent wasn’t available so they transferred me to another called AJ he responded but then “seen” zone me after asking for my details smh, theres was a change of agent which I wasn’t told but would of appreciated it more if i was, Theng was very accommodating and answers all my query so does Paul (Finance agent) he was more helpful than anyone there to be honest.. But either than that it was an OK service could of been better!!

Purchased a Grand Cherokee from Andrew Simms and found their sales staff to be excellent to deal with. The vehicle was absolutely immaculately presented and a couple of minor issues that appeared were dealt with competently. Unfortunately they are let down by their service centre staff who spent two years accepting responsibility for a fault with the vehicle’s entertainment system. Tried the same ineffective remedy several times and at one stage even demanded that vehicle details I supplied them with be resent as photos!

Very friendly sales staff that worked with me to acquire my new vehicle and were very understanding of my time frames and requirements. Even picked me up from the airport. Would trade again with them.

I took my campervan to address issues with warning signals. The issues were addressed via software update. Upon picking up the campervan after the service, I noticed the warning signals reappearing when I drove the vehicle home. I got in touch with the service department the following morning to explain the situation and the service receptionist got in touch with the Service Manager, Craig Goodwin, who personally contacted me and told me that they will be able to fix the problem the same day if I am able to bring the vehicle back to the service department. When I arrived, the job order was already prepared and the job was done within an hour. While we were waiting for the job to be done, Craig dropped in to introduce himself. Upon completion of the service, he came over to hand the key and requested that I text him in a couple of days to let him know if there are any further issues. My wife and I are very impressed with with the superb customer service.

During these hard times of a pandemic I found the service I received from Gavin who was my link with Andrew Simms Botany to be nothing but professional. I received regular updates from him as to the progress on the arrival of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle we had to do this contactless and with masks on he explained how everything worked on the car including the blue tooth features and assured me if I had any problems to phone him and we would sort out over the phone.

During a very busy time in the workshop, not even space to park, the team squeezed my car in for a quick scan as my car's external park and warning sensors had stopped working, along with the display screen which is part of the cars critical safety features. Serviced my vehicle (1500km - first service) at Botany: service team customer service (interpersonal skills) could have been a lot better.
I dropped off and picked up the vehicle with no rundown on what was/had been completed with no record of the same given. I am guessing the service was completed as per the service book and recorded on a computerized system.
The workshop looked quite impressive though 👌

I had such a wonderful experience both with the costumer service to the reception. Even the walk-by guy who kindly showed me the way. The place was beautiful and flash, but I felt comfortable and it was a pleasant place to be. They were honest and very thorough in their service. While waiting, had a beautiful coffee in the lounge and managed to catch up on some news while I waited for my fob key to be programmed.

It would help to have a small play area for little tots.. my 14month old was a bit bored with all the waiting and was beginning to get upset. It makes everything harder when you have a little one crying. But overall enjoyed doing business with them. Would definitely go back and see Bennie again if I need another new vehicle in future..

Stopped by to try the new niro as we'd seen it in a Herald review. The staff weren't really aware of the features yet as it was new but luckily there was one salesman who knew the most and he quickly made himself available to help us. Unfortunately there weren't any brochures yet on the car but he was able to provide printed info and pricing and talked us through the options. The test drive was also easy to setup and we were soon taking the car out for a test drive. It was quite pleasant but lacked a bit of power given the small engine. We decided to pass on the car but were impressed with the service we received here

Bought a 2019 sportage and went through with the purchase all because of Paul Wilkinson. He was great, listened to my needs and assisted accordingly. Took our Fiat motorhome into have a recall sorted and disappointed to discover that even though I booked the vehicle into them 3 weeks prior and it's a worldwide recall the parts were not all available to be fitted. Since it's over an hours drive to get to the service centre and then an hour back again I am dissapointed that we will have to do this trip twice. Surely they could have ordered the parts knowing that the vehicle was coming and what parts it would need. Other than that all staff very pleasant and helpful.

Couldn't be happier with my sales consultant, Bennie. His patient expert advice and guidance made my purchase easy. Unfortunately cannot say the same about the accounts dept. who failed to provide an invoice even after repeated requests. I had to get Bennie to give me a photocopy, take it to my home computer to enact the transaction. This should have been done the previous day. Hope they can get help to provide a better service to cash customers.

Great bunch of people here, I walked in during a busy time and they found me someone to talk to. Model was new so wasn't much info available but they were happy for me to try things out myself. Took my wife's Kia Soul in for a service yesterday. We
had a 3 year free service plan when we bought it that, I thought, expired about 5 months and 6,000K ago (we're a little disorganized...). I drop it off, fully expecting to pay for the service. No charge and done in just under 2 hours!

We purchased a Kia June 2015 and have recently noticed that the wiper was broken, we rang around and until we spoke to Travis we would of needed to of traveled for 1 hour and 15 mins to have them check and see if it was indeed a warranty issue,. the problem was that their was a big storm as well as heavy rain and a wiper that was broken was not going to help us.. Travis was able to arrange a mechanic that was heading to Taupo to double check it was a warranty issue and if it was to change the wiper. Today Mitch on his day off assessed our wiper and changed the wiper. These two men are true examples of how great customer service can be Travis thought outside the square and Mitch was just as great if it were not for these two we would be two frustrated Taupo residents.
