B.The whole experience with Andrew Simms Mitsubishi was a very pleasant one. The customer service we received was first class. Chow went above and beyond all expectations, communicating with us exceptionally through the whole process, keeping us up to date with all information. The speed of delivery was outstanding and faster than we expected.
N.Went there 3 to 4 times. The first time we went we were on the lot outside and the salesman just out and out lied to us. The next time we went into the actual building and met a much better salesman who took the time to run through the details of the car that we were looking at purchasing, arranged a test drive for us and even had the gumption when we went back to tell us that he had seen us looking at the Honda cars across the road. We were so impressed that we ordered a car through him.

g.Utterly brilliant service from young lady in parts department last week. Had earlier tried to get part from another parts company. A day and a half of wasted time, money and frustration. Lesson learned - next time I'll come straight to Andrew Simms!
