I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Auckland Cars just recently. Andrew Harris was an awesome, straight-forward and courteous sales agent. He was able to outfit my car as I desired and sorted out minor repairs before I was happy to commit to buy. His responsiveness to calls and text were excellent and completely professional. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Andrew as your port of contact. Easy 5 stars.

Absolute 5 star service! My partner and I travelled from out of town to buy an SUV to better suit our new baby. Andrew went above and beyond for us and was a delight to deal with! He made sure the car we wanted (including a 3yr mechanical warranty) fit within our budget and not once did he pressure us to spend more. He also made sure it was serviced, WOF updated, and cleaned within 2.5hrs so we could leave Auckland by 6pm. It was a busy day and Andrew was the only salesman in the yard. Despite the pressure to complete our sale in a short timeframe, he politely addressed other customers & answered their questions. Refreshing to deal with a genuine, relatable car salesman, and to drive away feeling confident and content with our purchase.

We turned up to the yard on a rainy afternoon. On the outside, it's a place that looks like any other, but the cars parked outside shine as if they're new. As we enter, we see a pristine white floor, plenty of natural light coming down from the ceiling, and a stunning range of vehicles parked at the right spots. It's not a yard. It's a showroom. A friendly voice from the distance says "Hi!". Andrew didn't rush to meet us as he was grooming a Mercedes in cardinal red. Although he was expecting us. "You called me this morning right?" -"Yeah, about the Audi". He showed us the car and asked me: "Do you know much about European cars?" I said yes, but as he patiently walked me through the innumerable features of this amazing machine, I realised I knew nothing at all. It seems like Andrew enjoys more about finding great cars and taking care of them than closing the deal. I paid a fair price for it, and I feel confident that I bought it at the right place. I picked up the car on a shiny Tuesday. As I'm turning on the engine and get ready to go, Andrew says something that makes sense to my ears: "You bought a beautiful car. Enjoy it!" And that's what I did.

Great deal and well settled with our new Prado 2005. We're looking on Trademe for a for 4x4 on a Friday morning, found the one we are looking for then called the advertiser. The next morning we're on Auckland Cars showroom, yes Andrew meet us on the floor, very bubbly and accommodating asked us to test drive the car right away. The car was very clean and tidy, the kids like it too. We're not expecting to drive the car home the same day as we arrived in the showroom almost midday, Andrew took care of all those paper works. Amazing !! And a 100% trustworthy is all i can say about Andrew and his team at Auckland Cars. I purchased my wife a car, site unseen after finding it on their website only hours after being posted. I would never usually do a move like this in life, but i found a genuine and honest person in Andrew from the first phone call with him. We had been looking for a long time and viewed so many cars, before this, i didn't want to miss this one, as we live a long way from Auckland. The vehicle surpassed any other vehicle for the same $$ value i had found, just as he said had on our first call. Everything was as described and better once we got to view the car and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure once the compliance was completed, that the car was fully serviced and running like a dream on pickup day. A friend and I went to check out Chasers and was attended by a long haired young man (apologies, forgot his name). He was very accommodating and gave us awesome attention. Unfortunately we could not purchase the cars because somehow they weren't up to our expectations. Nothing wrong with the cars but probably we thought they'd have more performance feel to them and I guess that was part of the experience i.e. to test them out. Overall the cars were great, the sales person was very attentive just that we couldn't purchase any so this is just a review to show our appreciation and thanks to the sales person.......

Good showroom, salesman who was working the Sunday we came in was very welcoming and not your usual pushy type. Excellent service when we asked to look at a car, he offered a test drive instead. These guys have a great selection of Japanese cars and great service. I bought a car from them a few months ago and I noticed the AC wasn't working a couple months after I got the car. I got in contact with them and they got a replacement AC compressor in from Japan and got it installed for me with no extra cost. Highly recommended dealer if you're into your JDM cars.
