I purchased my RAV4 from here last year and was happy with the service overall. I provided feedback on a couple of minor concerns, but overall they did a good job. Haven’t regretted my purchase and often go back for questions or when looking for accessories for my vehicle.

Excellent experience here. Bought our new car from here and we’re very pleased with the experience. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I come here fro business purposes and everytime I am met with utmost professionalism. From front desk to the service team. I continue to come here for those reasons. Makes me want to buy a Toyota for my personal use.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Went to do a test drive. Everything went smooth, unfortunately we bought a car elsewhere. The vehicle we eventually chose was a touch better in performance and price.

Awesome staff! They helped my family buy a new car and made the process very easy. They kept communicating with us when ordering our car and while there were delays with shipping, the team constantly updated us along the way. The team is very helpful and know their stuff.

First time of using this garage for a service. I needed a loan car for my work while it was being done but the job needed more time. The guy that was dealing with my car was so helpful and kept me informed of the issues. He even remembered my name the next day when I came in to collect my car. The loan car was great too. My car was cleaned inside and out as well. Would certainly recommend them

Not washing Cars in Covid set back for customers where as other petty Autos hops are doing it

Tony is an amazing sale person with enthusiasm.He was patient with all my questions and kept communicating with me during the whole sale process which nearly took five months .Thank you tony for being so helpful and professional.

Fast, efficient, staff are experienced and it is very tidy and clean. After the service they cleaned and vacuumed my car complimentary. I was offered a courtesy late model car for the day which was clean and enough petrol to get me to work and return.

I traded in my old vehicle for another and experienced fantastic customer service from the Sales person and team at Toyota Greenlane; going above and beyond to make sure that I could drive away with my new vehicle promptly. Everyone was extremely helpful, honest and efficient! Very happy customer.

I booked my vehicle in for a service and mentioned I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. The reception opened 10 minutes earlier, the paperwork was ready and a loan vehicle was waiting. The whole process took 2 minutes. I asked for the vehicle by noon (if possible) and it was ready by 11.30am. Really great service.

A fantastic bunch of people. Especially the parts manager and head mechanic, along with other staff at the branch. Very helpful and will look after you and your vehicle, so much so that in addition to my toyota I have been bringing my Honda to them as well and have been using them almost exclusively for the last 3-4 years.

Visited 4-5 dealers across the city on same day. Impressed by car presentation at Auckland City Toyota - Greenlane particularly the interior grooming， which seemed of a higher standard than the others. Sales team worked well together and were knowledgeable and friendly. We are well pleased with our purchase!

See edit below for update. Will give 0 star if i could, waited more than an hour for some to look at the spare tire mechanism. They came back and said they want 700 for replacing the part, and wanted money not doing anything. Would never come to here again. What a rip off. EDIT: There were some misunderstanding which is now cleared. The service manager at the branch has taken up with Toyota for my issue after taken time to listen to my problem. He has promptly contacted me and help me with fixing my issue. Would really recommend everyone to check them out. This is a great place to service and fix your Toyota.

I got my Toyota Vellfire serviced here, staff were friendly and very supportive. You get your car cleaned interior and out for free on your regular service. Also wait in the designated waiting room accompanied with free coffee, fruits and with comfy seating. Or have a test ride with the displayed cars. Would recommend.

Went in to look at cars for purchase. Michael Peng was very helpful, and courteous. Most of all, he was not pushy at all. Later on, I went back to get some more information, Michael was very helpful as before. So was Oliver and Cornelia Jansen. She always has a smile, friendly and helpful. Best Toyota dealership in Auckland. Word to the wise.... Ask for Jay Hunt. Really nice guy and not pushy. Couldn't get anyone to talk to me at north shore and grey lynn didn't answer their phone. If you are in the market for a new Toyota ring these guys and ask for Jay Hunt. Save yourself some grief.

I have previously had absolutely no dealings with this dealership, but rocked up there with a problem with a wing mirror. It was fixed immediately AT NO CHARGE!!!! This blew me away - it's 2022 - you get charged for everything! Very pleasant young man undertook the repair. I'll be back for my service later in the year. Thank you
