I.Went to Harley and met with Ray. Really nice and down to earth guy. Very helpful and showed the bikes. He gave a good deal to trade my honda and upgrade to a Harley. Weather was really bad so he delivered the bike to my house which was absolutely amazing. A great example of top class customer service.
B.Great staff .awesome bikes and clothing.,jackets boots helmets. Merchandise.accesorises for all models heaps of aftermarket stuff.
J.Team looked after me with a Test Ride on a new Street Rod 750. Even the customers are friendly. If you are into HD bikes this is a great Saturday morning visit.

M.Visited Auckland Harley-davidson this morning. Spoke to a awesome bloke named Geoff. He is very knowledgeable and genuine. And patient with me the whole entire time. Also gave quite a bit of great advice.

M.Even after saying I was just in the area and decided to enquire about renting a bike for the day because I couldn't afford to buy a Harley, one of the salesmen took a great deal of time to show me the different models on the floor, giving me good insight for that day when I win the lotto! I will find him when I buy that Sportster or Softail.
Helen in the clothing sale dept was also extremely attentive.

J.Had a warranty issue with clear coat flaking off my left hand front shock cheers Auckland Harleydavidson for the replacement on my 2018 lowrider but you refused to replace the speedometer which was fogging up stating its not a warranty issue which it is so I took it to Road and sport and the service was amazing replaced the speedometer fix my rattle in the petrol cap ajust clutch all under warranty 👍👍👍
T.Great parking, good service. Lucky to be able to afford their services and got a great deal. A minor hiccup would discourage further attendance, but thats a personal thing. Generally they r well known, popular brand, world renowned.
j.Harleys aren't my cup of tea but my daughter loves them & the sales people are just so nice to her & me. They've gone out of their way to be nice to her, give her little presents & are quick to point us toward the hot drink machine.
