A.Called to ask for a part, they told me over the phone they didnt have it in stock, i then emailed their customer services team and showed them part i was after and the lady i was in contact with confirmed they did have it. Could have been 5star if the guy over the phone did his job properly in checking stock.
C.Had the parts I needed and sent me the correct parts. The lady I spoke too was very helpful and knowledgeable.
