J.Walked in to the showroom to make an enquiry and drove out in a virtually brand new BMW i3.
OK, a slight exaggeration. I had been toying with the idea of going electric but needed more information. My lucky day. Happened to meet a fellow who knew everything there is to know about them at this time. Although his specialty is Nissan there was a newly arrived BMW i3 Rex in mint condition with only a few thousand K’s on the monitor. Now there are a few more K’s and driving it has been a real treat, Thanks to Mr Schmidt and his team.
E.I bought a Leaf (June 2018) and an e-nv200 (March 2020) from Autolink. Both times I have found Sarah Ryan to be excellent. Sarah was very patient with my thousands of questions, and never once did I feel under pressure. She also went above and beyond when I have needed help since buying the cars, which blew me away each time. I can't recommend her highly enough! The cars themselves are awesome, in great condition, and perform really well. Have done my first road trip to the Coromandel (from Auckland) in the e-nv200 van with the kids, v successful charging up on the way, and will be the first of many road trips. I'd say go for it to anyone thinking of buying an electric vehicle from Autolink
L.I purchased a Nissan Leaf from Autolink a couple of week's ago. I found their pricing very reasonable and the whole sales process seamless, including trading my current vehicle. The whole team are very professional and so knowledgeable and generous with information about EV's in general. I can't believe how much I love my new car. Personally I think everyone should drive an EV and Autolink were so helpful (especially Sarah) that I would like to highly recommend them.
T.Awesome customer service. Sarah and Ryan are the best and will help you find the right car for you. Their pricing is very competitive - if you find a better priced EV somewhere else, it's most likely due to the battery being more degraded. Unlike many others, Autolink displays their latest SoH measurements on the car. This was very important to me.
T.I just bought an EV from this dealer. I give them 5 stars and have recommended them to my family and friends.
What I really like about AutoLink:
(1) Henry the boss and his team are genuine and hard-working people. There are lots of fine details to attend to, and they have done extremely well.
(2) Great communications throughout the process. I was always updated with what's happening with my vehicle.
(3) Good selection of vehicles in very good conditions. I found my dream car very easily and quickly.
(4) Affordable prices without any pushy sales.
The only thing I hope they can improve is their website. They can consider putting an extra filter to filter out vehicles that are still in transit and not in stock yet. This will allow customers to browse through the results more easily.
