G.From Gordon's very personal customer service to the excellent range of their fleet and great prices. Autospot are amazing! I thought everything was complete after we picked our cars up. The next day their Audio technician called us saying they are going to upgrade the headunit. Forget going anywhere else stop by at Diana drive for a real deal with a real dealership. Thanks Gordon and Reade!
J.Excellent! Welcoming, friendly staff who were happy to go out of their way to help. A great atmosphere. Cars were all clean and tidy and the layout made for easy viewing. If you are looking for a new car, I wouldn't hesitate at recommend these guys. THANKS team, I LOVE my new car!
B.I'm happy to recommend Autospot to others.. The team were all friendly from sales to office staff and, whilst selling cars is their objective, they were not at all pushy. The salesman looking after me was helpful and patient with email enquiries, and then a good listener when I was there. I actually ended up choosing to buy a different car to the one I went to see, helped by the information I received. When it came to the price negotiation with a senior person, that understandably involved straight-talking, but was handled in a way that still left me feeling I was comfortable to make whatever decision I wanted, including not to buy then. After my decision was made, the car was prepared well and looking smart on collection. It was for my partner, and she's very happy. Thanks guys.
