We worked with Belle and Andrew to find us the perfect car and Belle sent me a few selections that fit my specifications. We eventually settled on a little Toyota aqua and couldn't be happier with our selection! Belle helped us out to work with us during level 3 lockdown, and was very helpful throughout the process. I just moved to Auckland from the US, and my experience here was wonderful. I was able to find a great little Toyota hybrid Aqua and drive it off the lot the same day! Just Bought my first car from here! the team were really helpful with helping me out with a test drive and getting everything else like finance and that sorted for the car. I kept getting denied finance from a few places for being on my learners and or other reasons and I thought I wasn’t going to get anything at all and then I went to their team because I was determined to get the car and Shae from the finance team helped me out and gave me options that other finance companies didn’t even bother to mention and made the whole process way easier than going through other loaners. I bought my car from auto angels after moving to New Zealand for a year . As a woman who knows nothing about cars I was dubious about buying from a pushy car sales man . I neednt have worried . Shelby Wolf from Auto Angels was actually an angel !! Haha . She was kind , patient and very helpfull . We even ended up becoming friends . I came away with a Honda Airwave. It was long enough for me to sleep in as i travelled and had a MASSIVE sunroof so i could gaze at the stars . Bought a car bout 6 months ago, on the day I took the car out for a test drive I told the sales lady The brake sounds like its stuffed, she said its ok it will sound like that because its been parked in the yard for few weeks due to lockdown. Picked up the car the next day, few weeks later and the brakes still had that weird sounds ( worn out/ grinding noise). So I contacted them and they asked to dropped it off, fixed and I picked it up next day or two ( I can’t remember). 6 months later I didn’t really fill in the tank for the wiper as I didn’t really need it but notice it ran out of water couple days after I picked up the car but I didn’t think too much about it. Couple weeks ago I filled up the tank for the wiper then notice hours later after it was parked that it was leaking. I contacted them today and Chris called me and said I got your message it only cost $90 to replace it if you look it up on trade me. When I told him I believe they sold me the car with a leak then he said we can help within couple months but since its been 6 months they can’t help me. Lesson learnt for me. I will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone. 2 stars from me because I had to bring the car back to fix the brakes after I told you on the day that it was stuffed and I believe you sold me a leak car. People check EVERYTHING make sure its working and no leaks before you take your vehicle home. Edit: Updated to 3stars as they contacted me back on Friday and will see them later this week to sort it out, will update once job is done. Edit; I forgot to update this, They sorted it for me at no cost and was able to fit me in. Thanks

I had the best experience buying a car here. Right from my interaction on the phone until I drove away with my car, Sheena was wonderful to deal with. She was professional and friendly. I never felt any pressure with the process. I would highly recommend dealing with Sheena when you get here. It's such a well run outfit with others being just as professional. This was my first ever car purchase, I was nervous as I was driving up to pick up car after seeing it online. Really great purchasing experience. I trusted the other positive Google reviews and it paid off. The team was friendly and helpful but never pushy, and dealing with them gave us extra peace of mind in case we had any issues with the car (which so far we've not). Found a couple if cars I liked online and spoke to Shelby on the phone. She was great helping me decide on one, giving descriptions on all of them to help me find the best fit. Team was patient, quick to help and arrange inspections and test drives for me, and went the extra mile to fix it up.
