R.At first point of contact communication was very exceptional I felt comfortable being able to go through the transaction and process of applying for the desired vehicle and finance. James such an amazing guy is easy going always kept in contact and very prompt if I had any concerns or questions always a call or email, honest str8 up guy just made my experience so much easier thank you so much James. My Truck I am absolutely satisfied with overall performance and quality love my new Toyota Vanguard Black first trip was to Rotorua and back to Whangarei was smooth and safe will recommend you to anyone who finds this amazing car dealer. O.Thank you so much car Point especially Mr. James Rozario. I wouldn't done it without your help and support. I am on a work permit and under my conditions I was declined by so many finance even they advice me for a joint applications to help in finance since it my first time and on a recent learner license. I wasn't stress about being declined because I hate to see myself give up and this thought came to my mind "there's gotta be someone out there who will accept me with my conditions". And while watching Instagram story carpoint ad came up and I just apply straight away. On the next day an incoming call from James regarding my application to buy a new. I would honestly say that it must have been stressful and complicated for James and a possibility of declined applications. Having all my details and documents sent to James I message him the next morning to check if there's any news from the finance he said "still working on it" so I was okay with it I could understand if it declined. After a couple of hours he called back and told me " Olivia guess what, I got you approved 🥺🙏". I was so emotionally happy to know that there's some people out there see your worth and that is Mr James Rozario fighting for my little family to get our first time new family van. My family really appreciate you MR James and I wholeheartedly thank you because it was never an easy applications but with my hope and your heart to help you are truly a blessing 🙌🙏.
