After years of not riding, I decided I wanted to get a bike again. After spending a lot of time researching, one visit to Colemans Suzuki was all I needed to realise this was the right place. With Mike's patience, after a second visit I walked out the satisfied owner of a new bike and a pile of new gear. Great staff, great atmosphere, great prices too. Thanks for making the transition back to a rider that much easier!

Recently kitted out myself with a new jacket and helmet at Coleman's with help from the team upstairs who leave you alone when appropriate but are there when advice is needed. A good number of roadside parking spaces, and a few off-street spaces. After my absence of some years - some amazing team members at Colemans Motorcycles. I was there for a bike WOF. Reception hadn't been prepped but were welcoming and we promptly commenced paperwork. My bad - bike a bit tired. Critical tester failed me on issue that had existed for a while. The surprise fail ... Some chatty, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team members.

Great service and quite literally on my bike, very well done service to make sure everything runs smooth. Very helpful staff, I wanted to get a tinted visor for sunny rides and was not only given help on how to install it on my helmet but also a discount! These guys know their bikes and unlike a terrible car salesperson (some are okay) isn't going to try and get you to buy some over expensive bike, I was shown a bike that was discounted due to a tiny scratch on the bottom of the bike. All in all quite happy with the service and will be seeing them in the future for more bike services and hopefully my next bike.

One stop shop for motorbikes and bike gear upstairs. Top notch customer service. I found Mike so helpful and knowledgeable when I was buying my bike. He gave us a lot of information about the different models and not only helped me choose the right bike for me but also introduced me to James upstairs, who helped me choose my gear. Very pleased with my bike, it was sensibly priced. All the staff seemed very onto it. I have been to other stores where staff it is just a job to them the staff at Colemans know their stuff. I took my old bike as a hopeful trade in, it had a small fault that another mechanic failed to fix, the workshop team fixed it within a minute.

A very cool place to pop down to if you're keen on getting a bike or if you're just wanting to look around as I sometimes do. The staff here are pretty friendly but most importantly the bikes they have here are of a wide variety. Pretty easy to do test rides as well, I was able to do a test ride on the day as I was curious about one of the bikes there.

I’ve been using Colemans as my go-to servicing agents for my 2000 Desperado for the last 8 months or so and they’ve been fantastic! They continually turn work around quickly and to a very high quality. I’ve had to take the bike in on short notice and they’ve always accomodated me and not mucked around. Particularly in the case of my Japanese market bike, parts are harder to come by but Coleman’s always comes through with options and reasonable pricing. Big thanks to Steve and his team from the service department, those guys are the real deal. Definitely recommend this shop for their work and range of bikes.

Had a great experience. Decided to buy a brand new bike at 1pm, was riding away by 3:30. Incredibly easy trade-in, and a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating with test rides, even threw in a new L plate and cramp buster to help keep me on the road longer despite the RSI in my hands!

Brought my bike in for a wof, $55, and when I picked it up the bill was for $110 because they worked on a sticky brake cylinder. I took it in for a wof, not for repairs guys. I would have done that myself. Pay your customers the courtesy of calling them to authorise extra work. ***Edit, they refunded the extra costs and the lady in accounts and the owner are both gems. Gary however, needs to put himself the customer's shoes. People shouldn't be treated like that.

Took my Honda CBR650 in for a service and a WOF. The team here are very thorough and did a fantastic job, bike feels brand new. At the same time I also got new tyres. The prices were very competitive when compared to others. I was also given a loan bike till the job was done. I would recommend using Colemans to any bike owner no matter what make.

Took my motorbike here for an insurance assesment. Was not too happy with the service provided. Not quite sure but i think he name was Gorgie he was the admin at the time. He was super helpful and so was all the staff. They took my bike into the shop where i was not granted access to. I had suffered a small accident and wanted my bike asssesd for insurance purposes. Well they complety wrote my bike of. There were 10 year old scartches on the bike which they said was caused from the recent crach. I felt like they were doing me a favour by writting it off. Where as i would of loved to keep the bike. They addded up 18k worth of damages. The bikes new price was $16.999. Will not take to them for insurance assesment again. Havnt dealt with them other than this so i am not saying they are bad dealership or garage just would not reccomend insurance assesment as they will just write it off.

Overall: Respectful, friendly, helpful staffs that knows what they are doing and make you feel welcomed. 20/10 I've been a customer with coleman suzuki since 2016 when I first bought my suzuki M109R motorcycle from another dealer. So even if I did purchase the motorcycle else where it makes no difference of the service you'd get in Coleman. They always communicate in advance of problems/potential problems with quotes and no hidden costs. Their mechanics really know what they are doing and I learn something new every time from them. And they are just super friendly and helpful when asked for questions. Can't thank you enough guys! Keep up the great work!
