Great experience at Croydons. Have bought cars here for years. Glenn is the type of guy that oozes professionalism, you can tell how disciplined and meticulous he is by nature, even after a short but abundantly satisfying trip to this yard. All the staff are at the top of their game, especially the groomer - the cars are presented at a much higher quality than other venues. Charlene is the most understanding Finance person I have met - she will listen to your problems unflinchingly for hours to get you into the ride you desire. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I found that Croydons was among the very few with the highest ratings as a car dealer. The fact that they were family-owned and they aren't pressured by commissions really made me trust their brand. They're very friendly and not awkwardly pushy like some dealers are. They were very patient with all of my questions. All the documents I requested were sent promptly too. The first car I was interested in got sold to someone else - luckily they had stock which was just as good (if not better!) than the one I initially picked. The service that thoroughly inspected the car for me said that the car was in top-notch condition. After carefully inspecting the car myself and test driving it, I bought the car. I needed to have it delivered since I'm not based in Auckland (Croydon's had the cheapest delivery rates compared to the many others I canvassed). It arrived as scheduled without any fuss. It's been nearly two months and the car has only been running really well.

We recently purchased a vehicle from here and couldn’t be happier! Great price, good quality interior and exterior and runs perfect. The staff are amazing too. They went above and beyond for us, even replacing the stereo free. When we collected the car, we had a very in-depth run through of the features and told if we had any issues to return! Very friendly and honest people.

Friendly staff not so pushy as others. Good selection of quality cars though mostly "uber looking" cars/hybrids. Prices are on the higher side though it appears to be due to the care and quality of cars. Though, I didn't make a purchase so I cant gage true quality of the cars.

Best service ever. Darren was incredibly helpful answering every single question we had to help us decide for the best option before we actually bought one of their cars. If you ever go to Croydon, ask for Darren and he will guide you through your purchase. Right after we bought this car we went to a road trip up north and then back home to Wellington. We literally drove 2.800 kms from the moment we left Croydon until we got back home, and the car behaved spectacularly. This only tells me that Croydon make sure to keep their cars in the best shape before going to someone else. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Darren has forever changed my perspective on car salesman. As a sole parent making such a big purchase on my own was quite daunting but from the very first moment when I walked in with my daughters he truly listened to what we needed, he answers all our questions, made suggestions aligned with what I wanted and went above and beyond to give us the very best service, including going through the financing options in details. He was never pushy. He was extremely courteous, patient, kind and very knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of assurance. In my teenager daughter's words: "Darren is cool. He is the first salesman who included us and he didn't 'mansplain' things." Glen and Charlene were also super helpful, friendly and just plain good people to deal with. Recently we purchased a car from Croydons Wholesalers West Auckland, the service we got from them was one of the best we have ever seen. Talking to the team at Croydon's was such a contrast to other car dealers. From the beginning everything was seamless - the car was ready and groomed when I wanted a test drive, Charlene was open and helpful - she picked me up from the pre purchase inspection mechanic then picked the car up for me after so I didn't have to. She even offered to pick me up from my house when the car I purchased was ready for me. I never once felt pressured, condescended to or like anything was trying to be hidden about the car. Stoked that a 2 year warranty came with the purchase. They went out of their way to look after me, are upfront and I would trust them to do their best should something go wrong with the car. I have just purchased my first car with these Guys and all i can say is if your are looking for a car yard that is HASSLE FREE then this is the place to go.They let me bring the Ute home for the weekend as i'm a Lawn mowing Contractor and i wanted to make sure all my gear would fit in,they told me the Air Con needed doing and would book it in to get it fixed but it was going to be about Three weeks away and i could take it home now and they would call when it was to go in.When the time came they gave me a Van so i could continue with my business as it would be a couple of days (Now what car yard does that) And now really happy with my purchase and would like to say ALL the staff are really helpful and greet you with a Smile.Will keep in contact and wish them many more years of a GREAT BUSINESS and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. From the first contact via phone to the last, face to face, I was impressed by the quality of contact that took place with Brad, Within a week of first contact with Brad , I was able to drive from Hamilton to the Henderson Car yard,meet him in person, and take ownership of the vehicle I wanted.
