Great team to deal with for getting my first bike! Especially Richard, he was super nice and helpful, made the whole experience really easy from just looking all the way up to picking up the bike. Hard to believe he's new to the team but definitely a great addition! Will definitely be back again for gear or another bike some time in the future

Love the store, amazing place but always leave feeling like I've been overcharged. Even when I bring up the costs with staff, they run a sales pitch on me. Telling me everything has gone up and I won't find it cheaper anywhere else. Because I'm there, I pay them, only to learn I could of got the exact same product for a lot less elsewhere. Will be doing more homework next time.

Called in on a Sunday. Plenty of parking which compared to Barry's Point is a real luxury. Loads of bikes and all in one place although sadly no Honda representation for some reason, annoying as I have to go to Botany to get anything for my 2. Everyone seemed friendly enough. Very good coffee and hot.

Amazing company that is always doing their best. I brought my motorbike from them over a year ago now. Loving it since and their services provided. I recently took it in for a service and mentioned that my brake handle had been bent in a crash but didn't expect anything to be done. When I collected my bike, they had adjusted the handle.

Dealt with Richard on a new Yamaha, he was extremely helpful when going through the process, wasn't pushing me into a decision just talked me through what I was looking for and what I needed. I recently wrote of an Indian Motorcycle and was looking to replace with same model (Challenger Ltd). My local dealer in Wellington did have the one I wanted so had to look around. I came across Cyclespot in Auckland and made the enquiry. The two Richards (salesguys) were incredibly helpful. The sale was done over the phone really professionally and with tight time limits so I could have bike shipped to WLG for an up coming trip. I enquired about some add ons and they made it so easy to do, I was blown away by their" Yes..can do" attitude. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone as both were super professional, and will definately be using them in the future. Peter Fisher

Massive impressive store like the Mitre 10 Mega for bikes with loads of cool products, it even has a really nice cafe. I am sure that this big move will have come with major teething issues so despite the guys in the parts dept driving me mental I still think that 5 stars is warranted since I am hoping that things will only continue to improve with this new store .

Giving these guys as best a review as possible. The Sales Person (Shaun Jubber) handling my Request and Purchase was absolutely amazing and has continued to be during the delivery process. They answered every email and question I sent/had promptly with the best info they had and we're respectful and patient with me throughout the entire process. I'd happily recommend shopping here and will personally be coming back for any other enquiries, purchases or anything else I may need regarding my Bike and any extras.

Cyclespot is amazing. I have had my servicing for my KTM Superduke 1290 GT done since 2016 and the support I have received has always been to a very high standard. Recently, even though the service department has bookings in for weeks in advance they still managed to fit me in at short notice when my bike was having electrical problems as I was passing through Auckland. Laurie your are amazing. Thanks again.

Service department is pretty average. If your purchase experience wasn't happy do not expect more from after sales department. They are there to make money instead of helping their customers. Hope one day they can be better.

Have used Cyclespot Garage twice now, once for standard WOF and service, another after a crash. Both times the costs were reasonable and explained to me, service was prompt and efficient. As a new female rider, I also appreciate that the staff are friendly and (unlike some other motorcycle mechanics in town) aren't patronising or dismissive. Would recommend and use again, keep it up!

Laurie and the team managed a major engine problem with my WR450F and put aside their busy year end work schedule slot my job in, identify the problem, and get it fixed. The service was okay since the staff actually come up and greet you. The bike I was interested in did not have the price showing on it. I had to ask the sales rep how much it was, which felt a bit dodgy and put me in a bit uncertainty. I then asked the age of the bike and the sales rep then said it is 2014 model. After I payed for the bike, I got a quote for insurance on the bike where I found out that the bike was in fact 2013 model. I was also told that when I buy the bike it will have a full tank of gas and new wof/reg. However after the bike was delivered to my house, the bikes tank was not even "full". It had just over half maybe just under 3/4 of gas in it compared to the "full tank" I was promised. I do like the bike and I am happy with it however I was overall not happy with the poor information given to me about the bike and the false promise concerning the full tank of gas. The delivery service however was great!

Sales staff pleasant. Prices of Honda motorcycles here are unjustifiably higher than same bike in Australia (at least 30- 40% higher allowing for currency). Presumably because of monopoly held by the importer. I also think the 2 year warranty is pathetic and they should stand behind their new product with a 5 year warranty like a car. In fact the Consumers Guarantees Act means they have to. Bike has had one recall 14 months after I bought it for repair of an electrical fault. Service department okay- but quite expensive and i think the charge for courtesy bike is petty.

I need to update my Cyclespot review for 19/20/21. In 2019/20 I bought a pair of older Pan-European's ST1300 & 1100'S which both required considerable work by Laurie and the team at Cyclespot - one being 13 years old the other 20 years old - and they were both then tested on a Xmas 20/21 6000 km 2 week south Island tarseal tour and performed brilliantly. Only one ticket - thanks to the Radar Laurie installed! Laurie and his team are absolutely first rate! My older review is below - I have been dealing with Cyclespot since 2015. I have purchased 2 bikes off them and had 3 bikes maintained in Laurie's incredibly good workshop. Laurie, Mike Cibuskis and the staff at cyclespot are superb! Just returned from a 16 day 5k south Island tour with 20% off road on 2 Africa Twins - Faultless bike performance after TLC from Laurie's workshop - both bikes have a superb integrated set-up of intercom, Radar and GPS arranged between Cyclespot Parts and Workshop. My 2013 Goldwing is wonderfully well cared for too.

Having raced Road racing and Motocross bikes the past 20 + years I can say that Cyclespot has been an amazing shop to deal with over this time. Being heavily in to bikes on the Road side now, no matter if it was a Honda, Ducati, Suzuki or other brand bike or scooter (i'm embarrassed to say how many bikes this is...), they have always treated me very well. Parts and service no exception. Having watched them grow from a medium sized Honda shop to the current multi store, multi brand motorcycle showcase they now are, I can only appreciate the effort involved and enjoy (a little too often for the safety of my wallet!) the massive increase in range of bike brands and accessories made available. No one else in Barrys Point Road or Auckland can match them. I highly recommend them to anyone with a road bike, dirt bike, scooter or anything in between.

I have recently purchased a Ducati Scrambler62 from Cyclespot in Takapuna. I have found the sales team, service department and their team, to have exemplary service and help with any problems. I had the misfortune to have a flat tyre soon after buying the bike and their collection, repair and delivery of the bike was superb.

Make sure that someone actually payed an attention on ur online service booking, this is pointless service! Also everytime ull pick the bike after service done check that no their cheap vex and sun what ever thing they r using is not making any marks on your bike!
