Michael, the head salesperson at the Albany dealership, went above and beyond to make sure that the van was in perfect condition when I arrived to collect it (as I purchased sight unseen).

I.Would recommend DNA. We were out of town customers and worked primarily over email and telephone to learn about the vehicle we were interested in buying. In the end, we did not buy the van, but this was no fault of DNA. David was very helpful in walking us through the process of purchasing and even sent us a personal video of the van showing us all the bit that may concern us. Great service!
