A.I travel an hour each way (literally West to East) just to get to East Auckland BMW for all my car servicing needs, that's how good they are! Would not take my BMW anywhere else.
Amazing service from Dave, he takes the time to understand the history of my car, goes over and beyond to find a loan car (brand new MINI) on short notice and is a very relatable individual. Fully transparent pricing, no unexpected charges. Top notch Customer Experience, definitely recommends to all. Kane is also professional in his communications.

I have been to East Auckland BMW to get my timing chain replaced. Aaron - Assistant Manager Service has done a fantastic job.
Mine was a warranty claim from Winger BMW. Honestly I didn't have to make a single phone call to any of the stakeholders. Aaron has done all the coordination for me with Provident insurance, Winger & his technical team to get the job done. Also he was in to detail of assigning the job to the right technician with right skill set. He kept me informed with the repair progress all the time. Also it’s been through a thorough post repair test to make sure everything looks ok. The Car was nicely groomed and everything was perfect after the repair, and has got better acceleration than it was previously.
Aaron was kind enough to offer me a brand new X3 as a loan car until they diagnosed the problem and offered similar during the actual repair duration.
I highly recommended East Auckland BMW among all other famous BMW dealers in Auckland, as most of them are highly money oriented, while East Auckland BMW is more concerned about their customer satisfaction than anything else.
S.My mini broke down this morning and I took it here. The service was immaculate and they fixed it on the spot. Kane was awesome to deal with, so a big shout for these guys. Really helped me out with top notch professional service.

R.Got my car serviced from East Akl BMW today, Kane was very professional and delivered vehicle in promised time.Stunning place and Very good service. Staff was very helpful and kind. One thing they missed that they forgot to wash vehicle after service. It was first service of my vehicle and maybe washing is not part of BMW service plan, not sure so thats why i still want to give full stars. I will highly recommend this dealership.
