Exceptional performance by all at Easy auto 123, everything was taken care of I had no hassles and then the car was delivered clean, and fuelled. Bought vehicle unseen due to Auckland restrictions once I knew the company was linked to John Andrew Ford. A big wait on new utes so opted to pay the high price for a second hand low mileage model seeing they offered a good trade price for my old ute so happy all around. Will give you five stars Louis if you change that transport company as discussed, as they seemed pretty disorganised and wasted both of our time.

Went to J Andrew Ford Used Cars looking at a car they'd posted on Trade Me. The mileage was a little too high, but no matter - they called later that day to say they had another car, same model with half the mileage, and in a few days the car was mine! Niel was really great to work with and all in all was a good experience. Recommended.

Thank you so much for the super smooth experience! On Tuesday I popped in to simply test drive a Mazda, being in the market for a suv and having tried a couple and not too sure of what ‘fitted’ me best. Louis took such a great care in letting me have a look, explaining vantages of the model available and encouraging me to drive it around. As I drove I realized It was exactly as he said: comfortable, quiet, quick and light. Did not feel bulky but it felt safe and so I bought it. The guys in the office run me through the paperwork like a breeze, and in the space of my child’s Italian class, I bought my Mazda CX-5. Picked it up today, after it got treated to the Dura Seal coat and some more shine in & out. Looks practically new! Couldn’t be happier with the choice and will happily come back here for my future vehicles. Thank you to you all for the kindness, patience and pampering like experience!
