I walked into Enterprise New Lynn and was asked if I could be helped. I knew what requirements I had and explained them to Tony. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and pointed out what they had available for me. I had been for a fair few test drives with other companies… and there service was nothing in comparison. He listened to what I needed, wasn’t pushy at all and gave me one to test drive - I was sold on it straight away. Tony made the process very straight forward and was super friendly to boot. There were a few items needing attention after AA inspection and Tony and Kevin were quick to get these sorted and cleaned the car ready for me to pick up within 2 days of a done deal. I’ll be back when I’m ready for an upgrade! Thank you guys, you made what felt like a daunting process so simple 🌟

Went out today to have a look at some cars with my dad. As we were driving to a car sales yard that he wanted to look at in New Lyn, he saw a few cars outside Enterprise New Lynn car yard and said we should come back and look there. After our visit to the 1st car yard we came back and had a look around, as first time customers it was amazing to see the huge range of cars available for sale big and small. We were greeted by a friendly salesmen named Tony who looked after us really well and let us test drive a car my dad was interested in. What a pleasure this experience was! We told Tony that safety, price and fuel efficiency were important to our growing little family. So he hooked us up with a fuel-efficient, four star safety rated, 2018 Nissan Note! We didn't have much of a budget - this is a second car we're buying out of necessity for the baby. Writing reviews isn't something I would normally do however I will make the effort this time! I would recommend enterprise to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. The entire team were awesome to deal with and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Worth a visit!

Bought a car from Enterprise Motor Group Hamilton (great guys, very friendly and helpful) but no thanks to the AA Inspection (personal suggestion, go to an independent mechanic and have them inspect all vehicles on a hoist) there was a Transmission leak found in my car. I emailed Enterprise Group Hamilton, and within the day they had not only acknowledged my email, but set up a booking at this New Lynn branch with Dave. Dropped off the car immediately and they inspected it and tried to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue was not resolved the first time, but Dave was very responsive and took it in for a second inspection and fixed the problem without any hassle. All of this covered by Enterprise Motors Group. Extremely happy with my experience with the group as a whole, and both Christo (from Hamilton) and Dave (from New Lynn) have been nothing but great and helpful guys who really support their customers. Would DEFINITELY recommend others come buy from Enterprise. Thanks guys!
