I have been contacted by the store this week and they said they wanted to have a look at my case again, so I brought the battery to them and spoke to the manager Manu (sorry if I am misspelling his name) who was very helpful. They did some tests with the battery and confirmed it was still brand new. Therefore, they asked me if I still wanted to do the swap and I said yes. It was a smooth transaction with a great outcome for both of us. Thanks again for the great customer service. Cheers

T.Super helpful staff and awesome prices. So good that they sometimes run out of stock but you can back order to make sure you don't miss out. Cheap prices but not cheap quality. Forza bikes are just as good as the big brands and sometimes better when you compare apples for apples.... And still half the price. All parts held in stock too. These guys are building a good name for themselves.

A.Purchased a 125 for my son as a starter bike. I didnt want to spend 4k on a name brand and then have him not like moto x so I went with what I believed is good quality for the money. The 125 is a good size for my 11 yr old son, its low geared which makes it safe re speed, but it still puts a smile on his face. The staff were great and honest and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to get the bike ready so I could pick it up while I was in Auckland for other business. If you dont want to break the bank to see if your kids are keen on riding Forza is a great option.

I purchased a TNT Roma 50cc Scooter and the service was fantastic by Joey and the team at Forza NZ.
They helped arrange everything I wanted and the onsite workshop meant I could ride it away the same day.
Joey was able to run through everything I needed to know as well as arranging a great deal price for me for all accessories and safety gear.
Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase as they have a great warranty policy too.

C.Amazing service from start to finish! Called to reserve a bike as stocks were low. Visited the shop to find a sticker rendering bike reserved. The fellas were severely understaffed on the day but still went the extra mile of taking the bike to vtnz for it's wof so I could drive it away. Would strongly recommend using these guys for buying your next bike! Absolute legends :)

Rory Balderston is my brother and has no right to speak negatively about NZ motor factory as he didn't even deal with them. He is a scumbag and is just trying to irritate people with his crap comment. Pay him no heed

R.Bought the fxr190se which is the race ready version I must say I’m quite impressed with the performance I would say it is race ready to a extent not 100% race ready more like 90% close to being a competitor few flaws I would say the sub frame for the fxr90 is strong I love the geometry of the frame an design but the welds holding the frame together is not really upto par with other pit bike brands like bbr pitster pro both brands have solid welds clean all the way through if you guys are going to produce a bike an say it’s race ready then go all out on it no short cuts upon full inspection of the 190se I noticed a few parts that seemed cheap nothing major just little components brake lines etc I’m not bashing on what you guys produce just giving my honest opinion on what I think about the fxr190se with out a doubt I know you guys will come out with a new an improved version of the fxr190se as you do an that I am excited for overall the bike is awesome loads of fun also dealing with friendly staff great communication Definitely recommend your product to all thank you.

Nz motor factory sells a wide range of scooters and bikes and they let me test ride a few before i made my choice.
As part of the purchase a discounted helmet and other items can be purchased too. They also delivered it to my house in west Auckland.

K.Great guys! They do ‘Brakes Certification’ and only charge 1/2hr labour $35-40. Everywhere else charges $70 upwards. VTNZ Manukau does compliance tests so if you need to re-register go do brakes test here then it’s a 10min drive to VTNZ Manukau. Easy.
