A couple of weeks later I started experiencing mechanical issues with the car which they got fixed at no cost to me and provided me with a temporary vehicle in the meantime. Whilst the car at GreenWise was the second option (because of my budget and the two cars were chalk and cheese comparisons), we encountered a terrible negotiation process at the 'other' car yard and decided to reconsider the car (a far superior car even though it was double my budget) at GreenWise since we were impressed with Tom's friendly and non-pushy attitude.
We bought at GreenWise and was even more impressed when the additional installation (front and rear parking sensors) I requested was less than half the price than the 'other' car yard was proposing.
Before we picked up the car, I requested for some additional free items that would have incurred a cost to GreenWise even though the deal was sealed, and Tom was accomodating enough to entertain my request.
Tom is communication is efficient and quick, he's calm, friendly and is not the pushy type.
We enjoyed the buying process and incredibly happy with the vehicle.
We've been few a car yards and the service standard and attitude at GreenWise motors was unbeatable.
