R.This was our first time buying an electric car and we were a bit nervous, Gleb was friendly and patient, explaining things as we went along. They were open to negotiation and took our old car as trade in. Follow up and after care was great, Gleb was responsive with answering questions and following up on getting the Japanese head unit and dash changed. Really easy process. Thanks.

L.Have had our 2013 Nissan Leaf from GVI since Jan 2021. Could not be happier and love the EV experience. The car was extremely tidy, clean and in good condition. Electric Motoring is such a pleasure and so many free and paid charging locations all around the city. The team at GVI are great. There is a good range of cars and plenty of good advice available. I dealt mostly with Gleb and he was very helpful. Its a big place and can get busy so definitely allow time or book ahead of time. Will be back at GVI for my next EV purchase for sure as they take away all the overwhelm and confusion that can happen with so many options and entering the EV realm.

A.Attention to detail and Quality
I have had many interactions with multiple car dealers, not many are up to the mark.
One of the cars i bought, told me that the service has been done, when i checked the Oil and filter, it was dirty and had not been changed.
With GVI, they showed each of the service elements to me ensuring that I was happy with it.
The service personals helped connect the phone, explained various buttons and controls and finally captured a photo with the car. Just makes a person good.

N.If you're looking for a vehicle, go to GVI and look for GLEB. Very smooth experience at GVI, I felt like I got a fair trade for my vehicle (which is rare). I test drove the vehicle I liked and Gleb came along, explaining everything while not being too pushy or aggressive in making a sale. While I was deciding if I was going to buy the car, they gave me time to discuss with my wife, they even gave us a room so we can talk in private.
What amazed me the most though, is the aftersales service I got from Gleb. 4 days after I bought the car, my boot hatch malfunctioned. One text to Gleb and he directed me to the GVI workshop at Ellerslie, got a schedule and got the boot fixed, with a courtesy car while they fixed my vehicle!
I highly recommend GVI, the GVI Service Centre, and of course, Gleb. True pros, very pleased with my purchase.

E.Fast and honest transaction with GVI... They have a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles that are almost new conditions.
A.NZ's biggest range of Electric cars, apparently, and what they don't have, they will try and order for you. At the moment, this means pretty much entirely Nissan Leafs, but unlike some of the opposition, they're convert the Head Units over to English for you, which is a bit of a bonus. Annoying, they'll charge you extra for it.
Learn Japanese and save yourself some money on the head unit, I guess!
