I have to say, the whole experience, deal, and 1st service had been outstanding. Bought a new Suzuki, Jamie was sales staff..gave me great trade in deal, and overall experience good. Hope that continues .

Dropped by the store yesterday to browse through their motorcycle jeans and was served by Mike. Top quality service with very genuine advice! Mike helped me choose the ideal riding jeans with the perfect fit, which is rare. Very happy customer and very happy with purchase. Would drop by store in near future (perhaps even for my new bike!). 11/20 update: Never anticipated the last few words in my original review above a month ago would eventuate a lot sooner than I anticipated. Was served to a very high standard by Rob from sales who greatly facilitated a hassle-free trade-in of my existing bike for my first Triumph (a Street Triple). Very high standard of service from Rob - upfront, honest and a good sense of humour. Extremely happy with my new ride. These guys are extremely passionate and know their stuff on bikes very well. I'm now a loyal customer.

Very good experience with the service team and the young chap downstairs. Everything was done as expected. All the team I dealt with were very friendly including the sales team which can be quite pushy at some places. Great to have the coffee shop across the road too.

Had an urgent fix needed and as I live out of town I explained this, they shuffled some jobs and fitted me in, great young guy down stairs, caught up with Jamie and Rob upstairs, chatted bikes, job done with a couple extras and away, 180km trip home and arrived pretty much on time. I have bought a new SV650 from Jamie in November 2020 sales and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team. I have also bought full set riding gear as well and Luke has been great helping me. Unfortunately they didn't have the helmet colour that I wanted and stocks are limited. Since then I had an issue with the helmet being quite load and Luke again came gave me a hand to have a look at it, I had to take the helmet back as there are some other issues as well. I have aslo book my bike in for the first service with no issues what so ever. The service in store is absolutely amazing and friendly. I have phoned the store a few times and always been great, there has been a few times where they forgot to phone me back however this is understandable from a busy store and over holidays. I will update again after I have been through the service 😉

I have previously given Holeshot a 1 start review for very poor customer service. However on this occasion I dealt with Jamie who was excellent to deal with. He understood what I was after and after selling me a Triumph T120 also listened to what was important to me and made sure the bike was groomed as I requested. I am happy with the service that both Jamie and Luke provided and will gladly deal with these two guys in the future.

You know when you go to a shop with the intention of finding more out on a bike that you crave for but the service or ability to show you an interest doesn’t exist and puts you off. Well that happened to me today I decided after this to have a gander , by chance, at holeshot instead. What I found was a passion for motorbikes ,a sound knowledge of their product a “why not sit on this one” approach and advice . If I lived closer I would definitely be buying something beginning with A and not a B

Great experience every time I visit the shop. Rob was awesome (great beard) and answered all my questions + worked a great deal for me. New bike was ready to pick up within days and I was taken thoroughly through the bikes settings before taking off. Auckland bike shops are pretty average when it comes to service but Holeshot knock it out of the park for me every time.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Knowledgeable and honest people, who would actually admit something is bit overpriced, and does not actively tries to upsell an overpriced product. Even offered me a lay-by, whilst i don't know if that is the norm, and i didn't need it, it was a fantastic gesture. Can't speak of their service department, as i don't get my motorcycles serviced here.

I recently purchased a. Suzuki. Vstrome DL 1000 , from. Hole shot Suzuki. Unfortunately 3 weeks later I have had a problem with the Speedo , engine cutting out & the clutch feeling a bit heavy . I returned the bike to the service department, and low and behold. They located and repaired the faults . Serviced the clutch ( much better now) And had the bike ready for me within a day . EXCELLENT thank you for the great service all under warranty. Highly recommend this motor cycle company 👍🏻😎

Went to my local Aprilia dealer in Taranaki walked around a new Tuono for 5 or 10 minutes & no one come too see me, so rung Rob & there was no turning back, awesome communication & follow up's from Rob , even got the lad's out the back to fit new aftermarket parts for free & got the boss to ship down to the naki free as well, will certainly be dealing with in the future.
