I waited in their waiting area, it is so lovely. Great books to read, about Honda and a coffee machine too.
The lady at the reception is lovely and helpful - I did not get her name, but she will most definitely be able to help you out with any enquires you have.

B.The only place I have been where they give you a quote and then when you pick the car up, the quote hasn't changed. Your car also gets cleaned, bonus. So if you have a used Honda, I don't see the point in servicing it at your local mechanic (where the quotes always change 😑)
J.We were looking for a used car and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Gaynor helped us throughout the whole process, and after we have purchased the vehicle and waiting for delivery, she would give us a call every couple of days to let us know where things were at and answered our questions. The car was delivered at a nice clean state and Gaynor patiently explained to us the key features of the car. Great service and thank you.
S.If you need a help in finding the right vehicle, you MUST find Chris Chua!!! He will guide through you from A to Z and you won't regret! Purchased the first family vehicle through Chris and he'd helped me a lot finding the perfect one and it was a hassle free process. He has a great knowledge in vehicle and a great customer care! G.They did a fantastic job of replacing my air bag inflator when it was issued a recall notice. The letter said it would take them around 75 minutes to complete, but they had it all done and my car ready in less than 40 minutes. The staff were friend and helpful and send a notified txt when the car is ready so that you don't have to wait around. Professional service and would happily use them again
S.Kasey has been wonderful from the start and very helpful. Justin's help for finance has been greatly appreciated. Imran was patient and expertly connected our phone's to our new crosstar jazz.

D.Had to have my airbag inflator replaced due to recall. Scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance and it only took them about 30 minutes to complete. They texted me when it was done and my car was waiting for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

B.I had been searching for a Honda CR-V for a while when I landed on the one I eventually bought from North Shore Honda. I enquired about the car and was contacted by Susan Teh. After further investigation and negotiation I bought the car. Susan was awesome throughout the process - nothing was too difficult, including sending me close-up photos of parts of the car as I couldn't view it in person and arranging for the car to be delivered to Tauranga both for inspection and after purchase - both times free of charge. Susan is an excellent example of excellent customer service!!

C.I bought my very first SUV (Honda CRV 2018) there and the staff members there were professional, very well mannered and patient with me. They listened to my concerns and demand and they did their best to making it happen. I am highly satisfied with the vehicle also.
Even after the purchase the dealer named Dino would contact me for follow ups. To them, it seems like its not only selling the vehicle but also providing after service as well.
A.This was my first experience buying through a dealer and after working with the team at Honda Cars North Shore I wouldn't bother buying a car any other way. Carlos, Susan and Jimmy were a pleasure to deal with, so helpful, patient and understanding and applying no pressure to buy at all. They really went the extra mile to make the car buying experience as easy as possible. This was important as I was having to buy my car under time pressure due to my other one being written off to a snapped cam belt. My experience was so good we went a bought a second car the following week for my husband. Both cars were used cars but were presented in excellent condition, were great value and came with comprehensive after sales support. We are very happy! Thank you so much!
A.Susan is pretty good, very patient and would answer all your queries. Had a little hiccup with my vehicle but Susan helped to arrange that sorted upto my satisfaction. Not like your everyday used car sales person. Got a good deal too.
D.Complete rip-off. I was charged whopping thousand dollars for $300 job, to fix "serious problems" that wasn't even really urgent after all. On top of that the actual issue wasn't fixed, they didn't even found it... I feel like I've been conned.
Update: It actually is not a bad place, people there are quite helpful. Just don't let them service or repair your car until you're happy with the quote.
B.Easy to find. Great reception. Completed airbag replacement in well under alloted time. Comfortable waiting area with free biscuits & hot drinks. Gave a complimentary discount on full service.
N.Was there for a recall on Jazz airbags. The receptionist was pleasant but not well informed when I queried extra work being done on a 'window switch'. Also I was told the the job would take one and a half to two hours. They called me after about 40min & said it was complete. Annoying because I had planned what I wanted to do to fill in the time and had those plans disrupted.
M.I was pleased to meet Carlos and had received an outstanding customer services at the store. Highly recommend! I am pretty sure that my car will be delivered perfectly as I am expecting.

S.I have nothing for this dealership, but Honda as a company is doing so bad and is reducing the value of their cars themselves. I went to check the value of my car for selling and it has gone down below half the price in 2 years, reason being they have enough cars in their yard that's hard to sell. I feel sorry for the Honda owners who will be selling in the future.
