R.I pretty much never bother to post reviews. However, I strongly feel the team needs an incredible thumbs up. The customer service is outstanding, and they created not only a happy customer but rather a fan for life. I purchased a 2013 Audi unseen and during the first 2 months of ownership it was obvious it had some problems. After consulting my local Audi dealership, I was presented with a $7500 repair estimate what came to all of us as a total surprise. Within 24 hours Ichinen Autos authorized the repair at my local Audi dealership and paid for all expenses. Max, the service representative at Ichinen Autos called frequently during this process and was extremely supportive. Compared to my local Audi dealership the team at Ichinen is incredible polite, customer focused, and you can be 100% confident they serve your needs before their own.
Politeness is a typical characteristic of the Japanese and the team at Ichinen Autos is no exception. I admire their attitude and as an entrepreneur for pretty much all my life I strongly believe we should all learn from them.

t.Tony chou and his team highly professional top clean vehicle stock .my Suzuki every van clean in all aspects interior exterior and underbody had a great drive up the Bombay hills for a 650 cc turbo van performed 100 % sneakily got up to 110 kmh accidently had more to give no struggle at all on steep inclines .they'll see me again and highly recommend
