Started out with a phone call to Nathan to say I was coming to view the Mercedes ML350 the next day and if possible could the vehicle be ready to view as time was limited. Firstly, I love the car I bought from Industry Motors. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I recommend you book a test drive rather than turn up so that everything is ready and it is all about you, the car and your experience. I was welcomed by Julles as I arrived and he introduced me to Simon who is the Boss. Everyone was genuinely interested in me and wanted me to enjoy my visit which makes you feel a little special. Julles communication via email, telephone and in person was excellent, overall, he did a great job. Yulia, the finance officer talked through and explained the process well and offered other protection for the car such as warranties, paint and interior which was great. Reviews are important to every business, which is why I have waited 6 months to post a review about Industry Cars, because I know the impact a review can have. I purchased my beautiful Mini countryman from these guys about 6 months ago. I can highly recommend them and it's not just because it all when smoothly, because it didn't. We had issues with a backing system and hands free I had them order and install (this was outsourced so they were not directly at fault). The reason these guys have my gratitude is because of the way they stepped up and sorted the issue for me (and 1: supplied me a courtesy car, whilst mine was getting fixed and 2: Dropped my car back to my office and swapped it over) I feel they really do offer a service I have rarely seen elsewhere. My Mini has been serviced since it's purchase and my mechanic told me it's a awesome vehicle, good buy. I would encourage anyone to take out a mechanical warranty it just gives you peace of mind. But to Simon and the guys I thank you for my awesome car and your ongoing if required support.

Really good experience with Industry Motors. Bought a car from them which am very happy with, but it failied its first warrant due to a tyre specification issue. My partner and I bought our BMW X3 a few months ago, and although we had some issues with the car in the beginning the staff were able to help get the vehicle sorted. The car is now running smoothly. We appreciated the fact that the staff weren't too pushy when we first started looking at the cars and were also knowledgeable. We dealt with Nick, Neil and Maurice who were all professional. One of the unique selling points was that the company is able to add additional features/accessories to the car at a good price, which saves the hassle of trying to find other companies to do it. After leaving the below review i was contacted by Ellen, she advised they have new management and she would look into what had happened. She was extremely helpful, quick to respond and i have now recieved my refund in full. Dealing with Ellen under the new management was a much better experience and she couldn't have been more helpful. 😊 Bought what I thought was an awesome car, bought it unseen.....big mistake. Read all their info on their site which made me think they were ok. Turns out I bought a car that needs work and uneconomical to repair. Had the car a week then the problems started!! No contact from the dealer what so ever regarding the issues I have and now I'm finding myself taking them to a Motor vehicle complaints tribunal!!! Not ideal as this now leaves me without a car and no way of getting to work. Single mum with 2 kids, one with a disability who has appointments coming up that I can't get too. Recently purchased an 07 R32 Golf, the car was immaculately presented. The salesmen all had good knowledge of the vehicle which I appreciated as often salesmen act as if they have the required knowledge and say what they think you want to hear. I had my first experience with Industry Motors yesterday and it probably won't be my last. I was after a Touareg and the one I wanted wasn't on the yard at the time I wanted to view it. As I was coming from out of town, Craig co-ordinated to have the vehicle back for me to test drive. In July this year I purchased a Nissan Murano 3.5L from Industry Motors. The sales staff were helpful, relaxed and easy to deal with. I had a couple of issues with the car after the purchase date, that were dealt with and repaired to a satisfactory standard. Neil in particular was very obliging and quick to remedy the problems. One minor let down was that I was promised a full tank of petrol on purchase; however after a quick fill at the dealership while I waited, I was only given a half tank. Cannot fault the service from the new Takanini branch. TJ was outstanding as well as That said once I got the car home there were a couple of minor issues that I discovered. These issues were only wear and tear things. I had to have tyres replaced, rims were not painted and had to be redone, windshield rubber seal was also perished. Went to look at a car today. After a few questions we went back to the shore to pick up the car we intended to trade. The salesman, Craig, told us we didn't have to come back with any paperwork, which of course we found out later we did. After sitting around for about half an hour we were finally seen and Maurice ran us through the finance side of things. Some of the info we had been given from the sales ream was incorrect but it was sorted in the end. We ended up spending a few hours getting things sorted, which could have been avoided if we'd been given the correct information in the beginning. Happy with the car we purchased, but they promised us a full tank of gas and only filled it halfway.
