If you are in the market looking to buy a new or used Nissan vehicle then you must go to Ingham Nissan for an awesome service before and after the sale. I have recently purchased a new Navara and my experience throughout the process was great. Was dealing with Ron, who was very patient and professional, answered all my questions via email and booked a time for a test drive as per my request. Worked out a great deal which was much better than what I was quoted at the other dealership. Delivery was on time as promised and came with everything that was part of the deal. I will rate this as 4stars since i love their service. aside from the mechanic side of servicing, they also did a bit of cleaning and car wash for my car which i so appreciate. My issue was the fee. I was basically informed by customer rep that the charge for servicing would be $300.00 only but i was charge with $360.00 for some reason. I ask what the $60.00 is for, and the guy mentioned that is our usual service fee and $300.00 is way below. Person i spoke to was a bit sarcastic and irate, and so he just conceded with $300.00 just to get it sorted and done. Love the immediate response of their customer rep on my emails since this servicing is way behind due to lockdown. Appreciate as well the contactless service.
