Dema and the team at iSell are great. I purchased a vehicle from out of town which I was initially a bit apprehensive about. However, Dema was magic at helping out with both the third-party inspector (my choice) and the transport to Wgtn once the sale was complete. He was very prompt with responding to calls/emails and went out of his way to make the whole process go quickly and smoothly. We used a very thorough inspector and Dema happily welcomed this as he is confident in the quality of his vehicles. I'd definitely buy from iSell again.

I walked in a bit wary, not knowing much about cars and not wanting to be accosted by a pushy sales person. I needn't have worried. Nate was friendly and helpful, giving me information and explaining things that I didn't understand. He showed me cars in my price range without trying to nudge me into a higher priced vehicle. I was given time to think it over and once I had decided, the purchase, insurance and registration were all made simple. The car was given an extra spruce up while I completed the paperwork. My mother and son were also made to feel most welcome. Altogether a great experience. I love my car and would highly recommend Isell motors to other buyers.

I purchased a Honda insight hybrid yesterday from isell. I had fantastic service and would highly recommend them. I also had looked at many car yards and felt that the purchase price of the car was fair. Both Nate and Dema made the experience of buying a car less stressful. As a single female I had no idea what I was looking at, but I was given excellent information on several cars in their yard and was able to make an informed decision on the one I felt was best for me. Both Nate and Dema let me come back three times and test drive the car each time, without me feeling pressured to purchase. My 21 year old Toyota had seen better days, and was starting to be an issue for work. Heard about these lads through a friend. The guys were good, no full-on sales pitch, I laid down my budget and they let me take my time (test drove 3 models of the Golf to see which one I liked). I got good bang for buck in my Golf Variant 2.0TSI and good backup advice from the lads for maintaining it.. Lovely car and it's my new hobby. Gets driven daily for work and has not let me down. Keeping it maintained and regularly serviced (full service history from previous owner provided), and it'll last me for years. Highly recommend.

First of all, my sincere apologies to Nate for how long it has taken me post the review... I purchased a Nissan AD from iSell back in February, and I can hand on heart say I could not be happier with the customer service or the car itself. I had my eye on the car for a while, thought nothing of it until I got serious early January. Nate informed they still had the car and as such we started discussions. Nate is in no way the typical “used car salesmen”. He is straight talking, honest, and employs no pressure to the buyer. After a very small haggle, we agreed on a deal and a few days later the car was mine. The car has been (to date) absolutely bullet proof, and has proved to be just what I needed. For those who live in the Rodney area, I can not recommend these guys (especially Nate) enough. They offer a good selection of both Japanese and European cars, will not pressure you in to a “wrong” purchase, and personally they would be my first stop if I needed a “new” car.

I purchased a vehicle in January 2018 through Nate who was fantastic to deal with. After purchase the advertised smart keys were not provided as advertised. With an additional cost of $450 for a key I was given the run around in terms of getting what was advertised as part of the sale. Whilst Nate did his best to accommodate the situation the owners were more concerned with discussing percentages of discounts offered, instead of working to help fix the situation. Based on this I would recommend potential purchasers to make sure they check everything is in order before finalising a purchase. My purchase was refunded so I review them as ok.

Having just bought a great looking BMW, within less than an hour someone had scrapped the rear panel and bumper. I called Nate, he was brilliant! Flew up from Christchurch to buy a car. Saw one I like at iSell Motors and purchased it within a couple of days. The whole process was smooth. Nate was very helpful, had a good sense of humour, and was never pushy at all. It was just like buying a car off a good friend. These are THE guys to see if you want to feel safe and secure buying a used car. I had a LOT of questions and felt supported and reassured with every step of the process. I had been to another yard in Albany just before I went to ISell and felt a bit demoralised by the attitude towards discussing my tradein and listening to what I wanted. So I drove homeward and stopped at Silverdale and voila there was my car! Alex was my sales person and nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out my personalised plates to be transferred over, installed a bluetooth stereo for me as part of the deal and other things to make everything perfect. I would definitely recommend I Sell for your next vehicle purchase. I was helped from the moment I made an online enquiry. When i stopped off after work I was welcomed by friendly staff who were ready to accompany me on a test drive. At first I was keen on a manual and put a deposit down on a specific vehicle, after overnight consideration I was not happy with my decision by morning and thought that was it, I am stuck with a car that I don't really want (my own hasty decision). Even though all the paper work was done i thought I'd take a chance and ask if it was too late to change my mind on the vehicle. I was incredibly relieved when Dema said: "not a problem at all!!!" But Nate, from the outset, offered us professional advice and guidance mixed with a little much appreciated humour and a great deal of courtesy.
