A great company to deal with, we found Tyler the sales person who dealt with us to be super helpful and happy to answer all our many questions and offer helpful suggestions along the way. Our purchase was delayed by the Covid lockdown which was unavoidable. Once our Motorhome was ready, Nicole from the pre delivery team arranged for a contactless pick up given the Covid restrictions, and for Neville to book in a video / facetime handover, Neville’s knowledge is extensive and he went over all aspects of the vehicle and the camper which was outstanding and easy to understand. Thanks also to Ash from the service team for your help and Josh from the parts department. A great team who together offer excellent customer service and support.

We recently took our van to Auckland for its first service. We had a bit of bad luck on the way up our ute broke down and involved tow truck drama. Jayco picked up the van from where we were stranded and tended to the few little hickups we had had. The service was great and helpful with any questions we had. I'm sure we will have an ongoing good relationship with Jayco.

Takes a while to get a service date but the end result is a great service they picked up a lot of small items we hadn’t noticed I believe they take pride in their work. We have had some issues with our van but have been extremely happy with the way SOUTH AUCKLAND CARAVANS have responded I would go nowhere else Cary Sheterline

I would like to give some customer feedback on Andrew in the service dept. We have dealt with Andrew right from when we bought our first caravan a 23ft silverline nearly 4 years ago. He is always cheerful and pleasant and listens to us on the repairs needing to be done and has worked with us getting the work done on it as efficiently as possible. He always keeps us in the loop on how the work is progressing and if there is a delay he explains why. As we live in our caravan full time he appreciates this fact and makes us feel like we are his only customer which is a great quality to have as I know we aren't. He even personally went out of his way to bring our new carpet down to us in Rotorua. Andrew is a real gem and a fantastic worker for Jayco.

Purchased a Jayco Silverline 25ft in October 2019 brand new model Tony helped us through the sale to choose the right model, after a week of travelling we had a few issues with it - the team sorted it all in 1 day, really enjoyed the Silverline - great model, tows really well, comfortable to travel in and to live in. Every issue we had with the caravan was sorted straight away by the Jayco team - special thanks to Luke and Ashley . 11 months later Tony helped us again to sell the caravan - very pleased with the whole team - from sales people to technical support, great service, would recommend to anyone and if I decide to purchase another caravan - this is where I would go.

We have recently just had our 1st year service done on our Jayco Journey. Thanks to Tash for her amazing communication. Also Andrew for the work carried out. We had a reciprocating water valve installed, this operates Kitchen sink, bathroom hand basin Also the shower works brilliantly. Also got a GSE reversing camera installed. Having issues with this as its stopped working for some reason. But I'm sure between Tash and GSE we will get this issue resolved after Lockdown. Thanks team

I'm thrilled to have taken delivery of a beautiful Jayco Journey - this being the outback model which is the way to go for extended off the tar seal experience. Another plus with the OB is the extra height of the floor level when parked next to others - no looking in😁 Anyway, the sales experience was great. Mitch really understood my needs. This meant that what I ordered and later got more than meets my expectations. Now going "outback" in style! The delivery / handover process was done by Neville who did a sterling job showing in me every detail and trick of this truly luxuary and well appointed caravan. They have come so very far from what I remember caravans to be just a few years ago. Being a new built caravan, and us coaming over it really thoroughly we did pick up a couple of items that needed fixing/adjusting. So the service team came to the rescue and corrected it all before I rolled out and into the sunset. A great experience on all levels. I'm happy to share this as these guys definitely gave me positive customer experience. Give them a chance to help you find your ideal mobile castle! Thomas

Absolutely love our new Jayco Caravan but the their after sales support team seem super busy! We had a leak in our water tank and l was told they couldn’t see me for 3 months! Rang Alliance RV in Tauranga (authorised Jayco repairer) and they saw me a week later and fixed all my issues under warranty!

Like most car sales and caravan sales yards, all over you when you're buying and hard to deal with when you have a warranty issue. There are several folk we've talked to who have had the same problem with this dealer, so make sure you have everything in writing before you pay them any money.
