Employees did not know much about the car. Had a look at Audi A5 and they weren't 100% sure about the product they were selling. Cam belt/chain driven question was answered with uncertainty. If not sure, should search before answering customers. Quality of the used vehcle they were selling had some minor common issues. Would be better to fix and sell rather than just sell with issues.
