D.I had a great experience with Just Prestige North Shore. Aydar Went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. I was upfront with him, letting him know that I was looking elsewhere at other vehicles. He never spoke down regarding the competition but simply focused on the options he had for me. I found a car I really liked but it had a very strong smell of cigarettes. I explained that I liked the car but was hesitant due to the smell and was sceptical it could be removed. Two days later Aydar contacted me with news that he had sent it away to be professionally treated and invited me to pop back in for another look. The car was already immaculately presented but now smelt great also. Aydar was not pushy in his approach and was incredibly patient as I took my time to decide between a car from his yard and others. To top it off, he surprised me on the day of pick up with great news - the audio system that was Japanese and had been locked and very unlikely to track down the original owners in Japan had me worried about further costs of replacement. Aydar and his team had arranged for it to be unlocked saving me hundreds of dollars. Aydar also offered to deliver the vehicle to my workplace as he was aware I could not get away from my job during work hours. This is just a part of my experience. I would definitely recommend Aydar and the team at Just Prestige on the North Shore. They have a huge selection of only the best quality vehicles and the type of service and customer experience we all expect and more.
