Quite possibly the absolute best car dealership I have EVER dealt with! Purchasing a vehicle completely unseen during Aucklands lockdown, was unnerving for me as a buyer, but they allowed me to have Auckland locals come and test it for me and then arranged shipment super promptly when it was decided to purchase! They made the whole process stress free and easy and you really can't ask for more than that! Really honest and amazing lads, 1000% Recommend to anyone!

I purchased a used Audi from Guy, the owner of Markham Motors - and he was great. There were a few unforeseen issues with the car which he got fixed for me ASAP with quick communication and no hesitation at all. It's rare to find that in a dealer. I would buy from him again. Thanks Guy.

An example of what a great car dealership should be. We Purchased an Audi from Markham Motors earlier in the year. As we’re out of town buyers, we requested close-up photos and walk-around videos before we physically view the vehicle. Josh attended to this promptly and was very easy to deal with. After viewing the photos and videos, we visited Markham Motors and test drove the car. Josh was very friendly and made the experience very pleasing. We then arranged for a pre-purchase inspection. A couple of things came up in the inspection, and Markham Motors sorted them out and done a new WOF & full Service on the vehicle. The purchase experience was enjoyable, to say the least. Markham Motors was accommodating. The owner, Guy, took his time and explained the purchase documents and mechanical breakdown insurance details. He was transparent about the processes, which we very much appreciated. After purchasing the vehicle, Markham Motors arranged for the car to be transported to our address by a transport company. Upon the vehicle's arrival, we’ve found some minor panel damages on the car which incurred during the transport. We contacted Markham Motors about this, and they promptly arranged for solutions. Guy went out of his way to find a workshop in our city to remedy the panel damages. In my personal experience, Markham Motors have proven to be trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. The whole purchase experience is one of the best (out of many) I’ve encountered. Definitely will not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Everything was done over emails with Josh. He did everything I asked,and made the trade so much easier. We drove up from Hastings to trade cars and everything was sorted. We were greeted by guy who looked after us while last minute things were being done to the car. Overall experience,was very pleased with the exceptional customer service from guy and josh. Would definitly deal with them again if given the chance.

Wow what can i say these guy's are just great to deal with they sorted out transportation for me so i could see the car & do a test drive that ended up as a deal. I will definitely be back for my next car

These guys are unreal, excellent service and communication. Josh was really good to work with. Secured me a vehicle from the other end of the island and held it for me until I could get there. Can’t believe how well I’ve been looked after, even when we found a minor fault in the car after the sale they still provided support until it was all sorted out! Legends! Hopefully buy another car from you soon.

EXCELLENT: Even though my purchase was at the lower end of their range of cars, the service was A1. Thanks to Josh, who ensured the whole process was seamless and painless. From my first viewing, the arranging of finance, and through to collection of the vehicle and processing of the paperwork, it couldn't have been easier. The vehicle itself is of top standard for it's type and age. I will certainly be looking to Markham motors again when it comes time for my next vehicle. AAA+++

Late Feedback, bought a Beautiful sanggyong Korando 5 months ago... I was so pleased with the service Guy Markham provides, it's all about customers satisfaction for him not just $$$ A short story : I had a small issue which needed to be fixed few weeks after I bought the car, at the same time I had booked holidays to take my kids out of Auckland. Guy Markham gave me one of the best courtesy car ( BMW SUV)he had which made our trip so fun and kids loved it. Guy wanted to make sure the Car we bought from him is Super safe and advised us to take his beautiful BMW while his mechanic looks at our sanggyong. Guy seems very honest trades person which you hardly find these days especially in Motor business from my experience. If in future I decide to buy a car, it will be only from Markham motors as for me it's the service and the Quality together that matters. Regards Talat Unique desire limited

I went to view a car at Markham Motors and was met by Guy. He was easy to deal with and very professional with a friendly manner. In the end I ended up buying the newer model of the car from a dealership. However, even though I didn't buy a car from Guy, I would recommend him and the company totally, all his cars are in excellent condition and there was no hard sell tactics during my visit there. I was given time to check the vehicle on my own and take it for a test drive without any pressure. If anyone is in the market for a quality used car then I would highly recommend you go see Guy and Markham Motors

Excellent advice from Henry Loyd! Easy hassle free finance. Has got to be the fastest approval of finance I have ever seen. 1 hour tops!!! Guys! Go check them out!

Great customer service, nithing was a too hard for Josh sort out. We bought a car off a different dealer a few weeks ago and it was a stressful drama right from the start. Wish I had of gotten both off Markham. No hesitation in recommending these guys.

Great guys to deal with. Went in for a look at a Mercedes E63 and Josh was awesome, took it for a drive and next day signed the paperwork. Really good communication, no issues, easy to deal with finance guy - and boom deal done! A+++

Just bought a vehicle from Markham and they made it a great experience. Car is well priced, friendly, helpful service including patiently explaining it's features etc. No 'pressure selling' here. It's no surprise Markham have such a good reputation given their friendly, supportive approach.

Hassle-free purchase of a VW Golf GTi. A month after purchase we had some problems with the car, and we made the mistake of going to a third party repairman without calling the dealership first. We were probably overcharged, but Guy was happy to reimburse some of the cost. Great upstanding business people. Highly recommended!

We bought a 2010 Falcon 50th Anniversary Model from Markham Motors about 2 months ago. We loved it so much when we saw it we didn't realise it didn't have rear mudflaps so bought them and put them on the car. Guy was more than happy to reimburse us and apologized for not noticing when we bought the car. We saw it on the internet and went and picked it up the next day which was a Sunday and no trouble for Guy to come out. Fantastic service from Guy and would definitely not hesitate in buying another vehicle from them. 😁

First time for me buying a car from a car yard, I have always avoided them like the plague however this experience was wonderful, Brent & Guy really made sure they looked after me and even set up my phone to the bluetooth in the car. This place is very impressive. The level of professionalism from Guy (whom I suspect is the boss) to Greg the sales person, the service was as professional as they come. Go try it out!
