S.Mick and the team at Maho provide a level of customer service well above any other dealers I have ever dealt with. I recently brought a Mazda from them, car is in immaculate condition and they offered to resolve any unforeseen little issues. A few weeks after purchase the air bag light would remained on constantly. I don't live in Auckland but spoke to Mick and he quickly came up with a solution via a local dealer and arranged for the local dealer to invoice him directly. Even the local dealer was impressed how easy the Maho team were to work with! Thanks for following through with the impressive level of customer service!
N.The customer service at MAHO is truly world class - it is the 'best' I have seen in the industry and it is not something I say lightly. Transparent, honest and really put us at ease when we made our 1st purchase here. They know the history and condition of their car since they deal direct with Mazda and Honda in Japan (great business model). Mick is a true master of the trade and what a pleasure to deal with (no pressure sale, great on advice, knowledgeable). You can rest assured that their certified mechanic (from Japan) will look after the car for years to come, all at a very reasonable rate. After sales service do exist at MAHO naturally - very much ingrained within Japanese culture (excelling at customer service). Glad to say that MAHO is now very part of our family (or vice versa). When we do upgrade again, MAHO will be my first stop.
