My experience with Mercedes Benz North Shore has been exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by David and Alex. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, their professionalism, care, and knowledge were evident.

I have been fortunate enough to have many opportunities to experience all levels of sales and service from fantastic brands like BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. However, I must say that the after-sales service at Mercedes Benz North Shore, especially from Ryle and Nav, has been truly world-class. My current vehicle has had a number of unconnected issues, and these gentlemen, along with their teams, have gone above and beyond to assist me. Quite simply, their service is outstanding and has set a new benchmark for brand loyalty and customer service that other dealers should strive to emulate.

The Mercedes drive day at Hampton Downs in August 2024 was an enjoyable event; well organised, good variety of cars to drive, no unnecessary restrictions, informative and interesting.
was an awesome day even in the rain. has given me some more confidence driving in the rain seeing what the professional drivers did with the cars on the very wet tarmac.
Why do you choose a specific dealer over another specially when the cars are made by manufacturer? Correct, the service is the determinant. To me, sales Rep. Fred has made MB North Shore stands out and shines. The initial contact with Fred was established only months ago when we wanted a Mercedes E-class, then there comes the struggle period: shilly-shallying between new or used, between A-class to V-class, even the timing of purchase...........Well, it is a typical consumer behaviour, isn't it. But you know what, for the entire struggle journey Fred didn't push us anything at all, not even a single time. Then where was he? Nice and gently, he's always there at your service, he's ready to provide rapid answer and help at anytime. Our whole family are happy with the purchase experience from Fred and MB North Shore, not only because of the car, Fred is definitely an "icing on the cake". We are picky clients, we prioritise loyalty and honesty, Fred has them all. The best sales skill is "no skill", because most of the time skill is for low-class sales, it is deceiving and not real. Had THE BEST experience with Mercedes Benz North Shore, I had taken my C43 to a Euro Specialist for mechanical work and tyres from what I thought was professional, but little did I know they were costing me thousands, and not doing the right job - in steps Gary Hubbard from MBNS - absolutely blown away by the service and how I was treated - but more importantly my car.
And they had it cleaned inside and out.
Will ALWAYS use MBNS for my car because as the saying goes ..
"If you think its expensive to hire a professional - hire an amateur and see how much it costs you"

Fantastic dealer with a very professional team, Everyone gets involved if your original contact is not available immediately. Fred my sales executive must be the most patient and thoughtful sales contact with a wealth of product knowledge I have ever dealt with. Very aware of his clients needs and what would suit your style of driving and car for the job. Had a few questions with all the new buttons and gadgets after I took delivery of my vehicle and whoever met me first at the dealer would help me straight away without sending me round and round or make me wait. I would Highly Recommend David for customer service, he is a really nice guy very helpful and we are pleased with our purchase. From looking at the cars to buying, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We missed out on the first car we looked at so he called us a month or so later to let us know he has another one about to be advertised, which was model we wanted so we bought it.
I was surprised by how good the service was. The staff were very professional and helpful as well as being efficient. The service manager was very kind and did not talk down to me which I have found to be a problem in the past because I am old, female and blonde.
Will definitely be bringing my car back to be serviced in the future, and I am confident any problems will be fixed in a timely manner. Big thanks to all the staff!

Booked for a service vacuum pump inspection,
Was told to leave it for a whole day,
When I come to pick up my car at the end of the day, I found that my car is at same indoor service car park.
After checking with the receptionist she told me yes the car has taken in side for inspection.
But
After checking with the technician, my car was never taken inside for the inspection.
Service technician email replied to me, they only done the inspection on the carpark.
When I ask for video footage proof they actually working on my car, they couldn’t provide it to me.
After searching on the YouTube , I know the vacuum pump located inside of the back truck, it requires to take some covers off , to get access to the parts.
I don’t expect my car get service inspected at a car park , removing covers.
My own assumption is that they didn’t do they work, just ask me to replace a new vacuum pump,
I told the service technician to do a isolation test, he agreed at beginning & he never did.
He just told me at the end, it needs a new pump before he can do further investigation into it.
** after changing a fuse myself, my service pump is working fine again **
This is probably the worst experience i have ever paid and received from a dealership
- not doing what was told
- have your car inspected right at the carpark
If you can do that to a customer, they you should need to build a new dealership with new service yard,
- I don’t book my car in to have it serviced at the car park
Service manager told me they have spend 1.5 hour on my car ,
But can’t show me the security camera video recording
- the job they described to me more like a 5~10mins job.
- I won’t leave my car with them and take a Uber home, if I know my car is going to be serviced like this.
Very disappointed, a total waste of my time and money.

Here is the place where you can feel get special treatment. Dealer who name is Fred are very kind of us, professional and helpful.
During consider of buying car in the show-room, they made us feel comfortable, providing information of cars, and easy to do test driving too. Also business manager help us to buy a car step by step process Precisely. Until they handed over the car later on, still help to updating all the information what we need, explanation of the new car, and welcoming& bye with warm hearted. It is really different experience compared with other businesses are performing, which is not just pay and bye.
I strongly recommend here if you consider where you buy car.

I needed a part for my Benz and had the pleasure of dealing with Gary @ Northshore MB
Gary was friendly and very informative. My mechanic friend told me the part I needed but I forgot what it was called when I went to purchase it. After some weird explanations and words that probably don’t relate to the automotive industry Gary still managed to understand what it was I needed.
He also gave me full reassurance that if the part was incorrect they would fully refund me and reorder the correct one. Turns out Gary understood the language I was speaking and sold me the right part.
Well done NSMB. Highly recommended!

I cannot thank Gary Hubbard enough for all his hard work in helping to put together a special birthday gift for my husband during a lockdown drama. He was so helpful, efficient and went out of his way to get it delivered within an hour. Hampton Downs Track Day, a fantastic opportunity to try out the best cars from the company that invented the car. AMG, Electric, C63 twin turbo V8, an amazing opportunity to try a lot of different pieces of exquisite engineering. Innovation, projector headlights, using the suspension to raise the car so ina side impact the floor beam takes the impact while a pusher airbag pushes you away. A great day from a great company. Traded in our old Volvo XC90 for a 2017 GLC220 and thrilled with both the car and the service. Rhys was excellent, very attentive and made the deal work for us. It's not very often you have a car salesperson who anticipates most of your questions, which indicates a good grouping in the motor industry and superb training. Two weeks on and still thrilled with the car and the service from MBNS.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to one of your staff Jordan Atutahi.
I rang on Wednesday 27th to get a replacement part for a broken rear view mirror. I spoke to Jordan who was so helpful and very polite, after my attempt to explain which 'bit' of the light needed replacing. He was really conscientious about taking essential details of the car and said he would e-mail me a diagram so that I could correctly identify the part.
I was amazed that from the time I hung up the phone, to walking down to check the computer, that he had replied instantly! Most people get back to you later in the day or in a few days time so I was most impressed. I sent a copy to my partner at his work and he too commented on Jordan's efficiency and fantastic communication.
I wanted to write to you because so many people complain these days and forget to send accolades to those who deserve an acknowledgement, so thank you!

On the 17th June 2015, I went to a wonderful day's experience at Hampton Downs Circuit, driving a multitude of new Mercedes Benz vehicles, including a massive Mercedes Benz Truck, and was totally treated like a V.I.P, including the provision of a fabulous lunch, with a great bunch of people. Had a small Vibration problem with my 2016 GLE, which after three visits to independent tyre specialists, still came home empty.
Booked into MB North Shore this week for them to take a look. William from the service department went with me on a test drive, immediately identified the problem and gave a course of action. Shaun provided excellent customer service, and helped me arrange the vehicle for overnight storage. Today, I have picked up my vehicle and it drives smooth as ever.

Very wide choice of cars and staff are professional. Parts department was very accomodating and very helpful. Ordered a set of new keys which should have taken 10-15days but took 3days to arrive and ready for pickup.

Yesterday I drove into Mercedes desperate to recover my beautiful but lost earring. I had tried everything I could think of to retrieve it, I just knew it had slid somewhere inaccessible under my seat.
The team at Mercedes smiled and were absolutely unfazed by my plea for help. The lovely receptionist said finding my earring was no problem, that the Service Manager would recover it. I was given afternoon tea and Ashwin materialised to check that everything for me was okay and to catch up and keep me company.
Within fifteen minutes the smiling receptionist returned and to my delight proferred my undamaged earring.
I am so grateful, thank you so much my Mercedes team. You exceeded my expectations in every way.

It is a smaller dealership the girl at reception is very friendly. Male sales staff could use some training on manners. However I went back and bought off Charlene, she was very nice to deal with also Zach is great to deal with.

Am I a glutton for punishment? I keep returning to MBNS for servicing of my ML350, but I often end up not being impressed with my experience. It has never been bad, but I look forward to the time that I am suitably impressed.

Not a big showroom compared to Botany Benz showroom but the staff was very friendly and was open about the long term issues and cost related to maintenance of the vehicle that I was looking for. A special mention to Fred who came back to me a week later with some info that I asked him to let me know.

Great day at Hampton Downs! Brilliant weather and whole range of MB cars to drive.
We were given full run down on all the latest MB safety technologies...amazing! Then track time.....emergency braking (learning how to use ABS braking properly)....then the skid pan to show how important stability control is. A hot lap in the very latest C63S AMG sedan....what a fantastic car (sedate sedan or racing car....whatever you wish!). We even got to drive a A45 AMG ourselves. A very rapid little car.
Good to meet the MB North Shore staff in a relaxed situation as well. Food was good too!
In summary a great day and thoroughly recommended.
