E.Awesome service! The guy who helped me (regret not asking his name) was really patient with me despite me being very picky and indecisive about the gloves I wanted. Super friendly staff - particularly like that they are enthusiastic about bikes themselves.
The store has lots of variety and tonnes of great gear - it was genuinely hard to focus on gloves when there were so many nice jackets, helmets and boots!
F.Just went in today and had a great experience, staff were super helpful and happy to talk. No pressure sales environment which is nice. I think I spoke to Aaron? Anyways, everyone was friendly there so you can't go wrong with who you talk to.
A.I love the shop and all the staff are super friendly. I have bought quite a bit of gear from Motomail over the last few years and on the very rare occasion when there was some issue with a product, the staff have always stepped up and helped with getting a warranty repair or replacement. Will definitely be back to buy more gear in the future.
N.Cool store with all the riding gear that you'd need. I was looking to buy my first helmet and went to a few stores before I landed here. The best bit is that the staff are really helpful. This guy named Rama was on point with his gear knowledge. If the owner is reading this, hope you give him a raise!
K.Just like to say that I have been coming here since getting my licence 4 years ago. I've only bought my gear here as the service has been top notch and has stayed that way.
Recently bought another pair of gloves off Chris. Being a man with an odd hand size it's hard finding the right fit. I was probably as fussy as you could be and pulled half the display apart. Needless to say Chris ordered me in a pair in and fit like a glove.
It's nice to see that good service can be found. If you're after the right gear, go here. Full stop.
