Highly recommend! From the time I contacted this dealership, I was offered assistance with choosing a car to buy. I was able to test-drive a few cars, no problems. When I returned after a break from looking for cars, I was met with another helpful staff member, Charlie. I ended up purchasing a good quality car that I love -Mazda CX-5 2012, low kms - 51,000, for a reasonable price. I shopped around and this was a good price compared to others! No problems. I visited another couple of dealerships and this one is extremely organised and clean in comparison. The cars were always very clean and presentable, as was the dealership. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, unlike other dealerships I went to which were shocking - the cars were not available for test drive as advertised, or even onsite or in the country, cars were unclean, not ready for purchase, etc., even when they'd been onsite for a while!

Had a good experience with Mr. Motors. Great selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. The overall quality of vehicles is much higher than many other dealers I visited. Purchased a used minivan from here, Craig was a top guy to deal with. Had a small issue within the first week of purchase and they took it back and got it sorted no questions asked. We really appreciate the service from all of the staff at Mr. Motors. Would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a used car.

Highly recommended. I bought mark x from MR Motors recently and my experience was awesome. Customer service was great. I bargained a lot but they didn't get irritated and remained calm and humble throughout our deal. Ultimately they agreed on my price and made me a happy customer. Not just that once I paid they still remains the same. As everyone might be aware of the fact that some dealers change their behaviour once you make the payment. Have had our car for about 2 months now and still extremely happy, have had no troubles with it. Dealt with Craig who was great to work with - made the experience an efficient and enjoyable one. He was a good balance of expertise and being approachable. A large car dealer at a convenient location. The stock of cars is well updated and presented. The staff are very nice and not pushy at all. They prefer to understand the customer's requirement and then present a recommendation, instead of trying to sell something aggressively. The condition of vehicles sold is top notch. After sales service is great too. One can get a bargain easily, depending on the individual case. Very highly recommended overall.

Highly recommend! The salespeople were so nice and friendly very patient and kind. Happy with my purchase of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV so far, only downside is I didn’t get a full battery charge and full tank of gas as promised. They did extra checks before I picked it up. I bought a car from Mr Motors Mount Wellington a few weeks ago. I went in with an idea of the type of car that I wanted to buy. After looking around, I had chosen a couple that I wanted to test drive, and the staff prepared them for me to try very quickly. After the test drives they were able to provide me with all of the information I asked for, and being happy with this I was able to purchase a car and drive it away the next day. Throughout this process the staff were incredibly helpful, able to answer all of my questions, and I never felt like I was pressured into getting something I didn't want. They explained all of the paper work to me clearly, and gave me copies when I asked for them. Overall I was very happy with my car buying experience at Mr Motors Mount Wellington and would buy from them again.

Great place to buy a car with the prices similar to private sales I looked at. They gave me a great trade in price for my old car but what best was the excellent after sales service on my Honda Accord, the car developed a starting problem a couple months after the buy and Jessie and the guys took it to their huge workshop and sorted it all out with no questions asked. Car is running great again, I couldn’t recommend Mr Motors enough, the best service I’ve ever had from any company.

When I bought a car, my car was on sale. Which made me decide to buy it soon. Once I paid a deposit, they told me they can hold a car around couple weeks. That gave me a time to think well and compare with other car companies that made deals with me in which i picked mr motors . All of the staff are very friendly and have great customer service. Car details and statement on the paper are pretty clear. it seems they are reliable and trustworthy car company!

Had an awesome experience with Mr Motors in Auckland, which was especially great because I was purchasing it remotely sight unseen from Christchurch, We managed to get exactly what we were looking for at a good price and no hassles at all. They even went out of their way to arrange delivery to my door and it arrived in 3 business days when they stated 7-10 business days = Outstanding...! Delivery driver called me the day before delivery and very friendly/ helpful Only thing I thought they could do better was offer upgrades i.e. tow balls and possibly an import conversion package - which I probably would have paid for to save money + time Most japanese cars do not have NZ compatible stereos (need replacement or band expanders) and electric cars like ours with touch screen controls are all in japanese which makes using them/ customising them difficult A+++++ Highly recommended

THIS REVIEW IS FOR MR MOTORS 26 FROST ROAD - Mt ROSKILL I recently bought a car from this dealer and would like to leave a good feedback as it is not always you find good service from a second hand car dealer. The Suzuki I bought was identical to one I bought several years ago so I knew exactly how the car should look and behave. Found out that the shock absorbers were a bit noisy, the CD player could not play CD's and the boot's door could not close properly. Booked a time to take the car back and was promptly answered. They fixed everything and went beyond the request as the car had also a damaged front bumper that was also fixed. Thank you very much for the efficient service. I will definitely buy another car from you as well as recommend your services to my colleagues.
