Went in to purchase a Christmas present for my Dad. The saleswoman, Kat knew Dad from being a customer and she was able to help me find his size, which actually fit him perfectly.

I have only purchased parts (oil, filters etc) here so have no idea what the sales team are like but the parts department is excellent! Well stocked, cleanly laid out and really friendly staff. If you own a Harley or Buell you could do a lot worse than to get parts from here.

This year I purchased my second brand new bike (within 2 years) from Greg and the team, I have just collected my breakout today after its first service. What can I say, there is a reason they got my return business. Bike is better than ever, their attention to detail is top notch. Richard, Kat, Phil, Craig, Shaun, Tanya and Greg are such awesome people to deal with and create a warm welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into the building. Thanks guys, world class service again from the North Auckland Harley Davidson team.

During December 2017 i went into the Takapuna Harley Davidson shop to buy some gifts for my Father. He had just recently brought a Harley and he was turning 65. Kat greeted me as I walked into the merchandise area. What an amazing woman who was so helpful, cheerful and more importantly knew her stuff. She is an asset to the business and really helped me find the perfect gifts for my Father. She was also helping another man at the same time. He had brought an amazing bike jacket from another store but they didn't advise him on how it came apart for different weather elements. He was relieved when she pulled out the winter section of the jacket as it was a a styfiling hot day. Go Kat, you rock 🤘

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at Harley Davidson. Mike has excellent product knowledge and was very helpful without being pushy at any stage. He just provided me with really clear and helpful information in a friendly way. I was surprised how competitive the prices were too, the Harley product has come a long way.
