Was interested in buying a Toyota from the yard. After looking around for close to 10 minutes no sale staff approached me to offer assistance which amazed me no end. No one else was looking at cars on the yard and only one sales assistant appeared less than interested in me while playing on his mobile. Ended up buying a car from a different yard around the corner 30 minutes later. Maybe online sales are more important these days? For a little interest and effort they would have had a sale. Dilemma when getting another car later this year for another of my kids.

Very helpful staff. Just book it, drop car off and leave. Call you when it’s ready.

We have been customers of North Shore Toyota for almost 20 years. They know their business. Nothing is too much trouble. Good people who provide good support for their customers at competitive prices. We recommend North Shore Toyota.

Had a Service and WoF done by them recently for 2 of my cars. One they failed the WoF on seat belt fraying but the car was low km and that seat hadn't been used much. Had some very minor wear, but I've seen a lot worst. Had them fix it for $500+. A few days later, they failed my other car (low km) on low front brake pads. Got suspicion as I've seen shops do this before for business. Took it to the local VTNZ, and they passed it no problem and said brakes were fine. Needless to say not going back there. Updated this from 1 to 3 stars, as I thought they handled the situation reasonably well. They offered to replace the brakes at parts only cost, if I took the car in again so they could re-check it and see if there was any error on their part. So I took it in again about 1 month later, and witnessed the brake check. The brake pad thickness was marginal around 3mm. Only concern was the way they said they measure brake pad thickness. According to the person I talked to they usually measure it "visually", and in my case, only a school ruler was available to measure the thickness. I'm no mechanic, but I thought some sort of tool would be used, and an internet search seems to indicate there are some tools that could be used.

We have recently purchased our second Toyota Highlander from North Shore Toyota after our first car was written off in an accident. We didn't need to think twice before heading back to North Shore Toyota to hopefully find a replacement. Our experience & service the first time around was good that we knew that we wanted to head starlight back to see Donovan to help us get up and running again. Nothing is a problem at North Shore Toyota and they take care of everything for you. Love that their warranties also include AA Roadside assistance. Very Cool. Thank you Donovan and the Team at North Shore Toyota for going over and above for us. Would highly recommend buying your next car from these guys, you won't regret it!!

Booked on WOF. Whole process took hours. Ridiculous, however I really appreciate how Steve persisted in trying to get hold of me and listened to my feedback. It seems their systems are currently undergoing review and change, dealership by dealership. Time will tell and this emphasises how important it is to leave reviews and for businesses to respond to them.

We have used this Toyota branch annually since 2010. With each visit I have noticed positive improvements in delivery of customer service, modernisation of the reception area and the nice touch of hot drinks and fresh muffins while you wait. The team are friendly and efficient, any miscommunications or errors rectified promptly and to our satisfaction. Today we popped in with a rattle query which was handled favourably by Mehul and a mechanic at no charge. Thanks Team! Parking can be an issue and caution in the confined yard is advised.

Very friendly staff salesperson Adrienne Lee? Patient answered all our questions showed us the car we were interested in taking our details. So looking forward next time we are in the neighbourhood n we have time to test drive!

Fantastic team of people to deal with, went in looking at a camry as a possible replacement for my aging commodore. Was very impressed with James Vaan, who encouraged me to look at an Aurion, which I was very impressed with. Between James, Di and Bobby( in finance/insurance)and Garry ( tyres) they all ensured the purchase process was simple, and the vehicle delivered as promised( actually possibly even better). Fantastic service, looked at at lots of options before Toyota, but so so pleased ith my choice of Toyota.

One of the better Toyota dealers out there, as far as used cars dealers can go, they're a good bunch, not sure about the new Supra though, it's quite BMWy

It has been great doing business with the North Shore team. From when we arrived to have a look at cars, the Sales Executive King Wei came straight to the point by asking what type of car we were interested in, what colors to exclude and most important what our budget was. Now he knew what we were expecting and he knew what type of car etc to show to us. After having made a decision on what we were interested in, we were taken to the Financial Managers, Bobby's office, completed documents and within a very short while, we were informed that our finance through Toyota Finance had been approved. Great service and very professional. Overall, a very positive and professional way of doing business with the team and the after sales service has been great. Will definitely recommend anyone to do business with King and the Team at North Shore Toyota. Thank You and looking forward to the road ahead.

Parking bit tight, did find if you DONT look the part it's bit hard to get a salesman and on the ph they bit lapse like " hey I'm missing lunch, let's get this going" attitude. Did find bit hard to get clear answer and really didn't like the 3 month or more wait for the Hilux especially when trying to trade your vehicle in.

Had my alternator replaced here. Very reasonable charges and excellent service. Very recommended

Bought and traded here today, Salesperson King Wei was awesome, totally listened to me as the driver (none of that mansplaining I find annoying) definitely recommend highly and I'll go there again for sure, very happy with this place. All the staff were nice and great to deal with

I went to have the cam belt replaced here and was originally quoted a lower rate on the phone the day prior. I arrived finding out it was going to cost double. What made this a five star review was the outstanding customer service after we spoke to them about the difference. I worked with Cody and Nick who went out of their way to ensure we received the price closest to our original quote as possible. Great customer service comes down to making sure the customer is happy and in this case these two gents went out of their way to honor what was originally told to us (the coffee was great too). Always had a smile on and treated us with amazing care. Cheers dudes!

Not having purchased a vehicle from North Shore Toyota, I was really impressed with the wonderful service provided by the team there. My son had questions about the performance of his recently bought Toyota 86 and he was given expert technological help and advice by such a friendly, supportive team. Nothing was too much trouble. I would happily take all of our Toyota there for servicing. (Although the sales team there seem to consider serving you as doing you a favour!)

Customer service is everything. You have this in bucket loads. From the person who met me when I took my car in for a service , the lovely young woman who settled up the account for me, to the serviceman following through with things I had asked to be checked. I was really delighted. And to top off this great visit as I walked to collect my car, two of your staff walked past me and smiled and said hello . You cant ask for more than that! I got a service and a WOF over and above customer service. Friendly helpful staff, refreshments and coffee if you decide to wait around. complimentary vacuum and car wash they even took out my car rubbish bag. They called me when it was ready early then expected and gave me till closing to collect my car. Customer service bought my car to me when I came to collect and my car smelt so fresh and clean on the inside and had left the paper with a long list of all the services they had completed on my vechile on the front seat. 110% satisfied I recommend Toyota for absolute exceptional service :)

The best ever treatment so far (I have been responsible for the household car servicing for the last 31 years). Not only do they look after your car servicing & repairs but you are treated to yummy muffins & a hot beverage on arrival (& departure if you wish). The reports are detailed (very helpful). They did not mind using the oils & filter I had purchased on discount to reduce total costs of servicing my old faithful 1996 Toyota Lucida Estima. They were also kind enough to drop me & pick me up from Northshore Hospital where I was visiting my father. I will definitely think of going there again for my next service despite being far away (I only tried them because I was visiting him). Thank you very much North Shore Toyota service department, your customer service is the best by far. My car sounds, feels and even looks great - excellent carwash & vacuum and free to top it all!

It has been a long time for me wanting to comment your service. I love it, service and quality mean everything, and your service guy Nick gave me a wowed service experienced. Nick understands what customers problem and Act straight away. Easy to talk on the phone, way better than Call Centre NZ, even cool to talk in person. Problem solved, happy customer, love to share with others who wanting to buy Toyota, remember, service mean so much more.

Best turbosmart dealer hands down also have quality bits from cusco and Toyota. A decent shop to get good parts highly recommended.

Went there for a warrant and failed which was justified, would be good if you could take your car to another Toyota franchise and get warrant without having to pay twice.

Took Lexus for service and clean, suppose to get another Lexus to use while service was been done but only got a corolla. I asked twice if car was vacuumed and was told yes but not to our standards. (didn't look like it was touched at all)

Service is decent however I no longer get my older vehicle services here, since they are way too expensive..

My Vehicle engine is very powerful every time when I service at North Shore Toyota with my Toyota Vanguard KZJ16. Aspecially when I am driving in Albany either at the round about from Don McKinnon drive towards Mercari Way and exit to Albany Highway and also when I exited to motorway towards Takapuna. Service yesterday with a few additional items. Service was fine but none of the other items have been fixed or replaced. Had to call them just before 5pm to find our if it was ready despite it being booked in at 9am.

My first time at this branch and l enjoyed the professionalism and acumin of the people helping my wife and l. They have a pretty good range and l think l will buy from them soon

I had exceptional service from the salesman at this dealership when I purchased my used Toyota. Unfortunately I ended up buying a car from another dealership, but only because it was the better car. The salesman from Northshore Toyota was the most helpful; and honest and I would have preferred to buy my car from him and when I buy my next car this will be the first place I start looking.

I broke down at 4:15 on a busy Friday evening. The staff at North Shore Toyota were awesome. They organized a courtesy car and got everything sorted for me. Exceptional service!

North Shore Toyota used to be one of my favourite places to go. I've bought nearly all my cars from here so have been surprised the last few times by the lack of communication and respect. My warrant was a complete joke and the work required was not actually needed. 2 hours for a warrant and a quote I never asked for. I'm sad that NST has changed for the worst.
